偏心對汽輪機(jī)隔板汽封泄漏流動特性的影響

【摘要】:當(dāng)汽輪機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子存在偏心時(shí),隔板汽封間隙內(nèi)的汽流激振力將發(fā)生變化,影響汽輪機(jī)組的安全運(yùn)行。采用計(jì)算流體動力學(xué)軟件,分析轉(zhuǎn)子偏心工況下,某300 MW汽輪機(jī)高壓缸第二壓力級隔板汽封內(nèi)汽流激振力的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:密封的周向壓力近似呈余弦規(guī)律分布;隨著偏心距的增加,隔板汽封內(nèi)周向壓力差逐漸增大;汽封間隙不變時(shí),正向力、切向力和合力皆隨著偏心距的增加而增加;在不同汽封間隙下,當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)子偏心距相同時(shí),間隙越小汽流激振力就越大。
[Abstract]:When the rotor of steam turbine exists eccentricity, the exciting force of steam flow in the gap of steam seal will change, which will affect the safe operation of steam turbine unit. The calculation fluid dynamics software is used to analyze the rotor eccentricity condition. The variation law of steam flow excitation force in the second pressure stage partition of a 300MW steam turbine's high pressure cylinder shows that the circumferential pressure of the seal is approximately the distribution of cosine law. With the increase of eccentricity, the pressure difference increases gradually. When the seal clearance is constant, the forward force, tangential force and resultant force increase with the increase of eccentricity. When the rotor eccentricity is the same, the smaller the gap, the greater the steam flow excitation force.
