【摘要】:制造業(yè)對(duì)一個(gè)國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)和政治地位至關(guān)重要,由于它在21世紀(jì)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的決定性的地位和作用,很多國(guó)家尤其是美國(guó)等西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家都把制造業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略列為重中之重。中國(guó)作為一個(gè)制造業(yè)大國(guó),隨著國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的不斷加劇和我國(guó)制造業(yè)勞動(dòng)力成本的不斷上升,對(duì)設(shè)備效率、制造成本、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量等環(huán)節(jié)的要求不斷提高,企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈發(fā)激烈,為了迎接市場(chǎng)的挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)一步減少成本和提高生產(chǎn)率,各制造企業(yè)都在尋求更好的技術(shù)來對(duì)其生產(chǎn)制造領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行支持和改進(jìn),而這時(shí),大力開展對(duì)于數(shù)字化工廠技術(shù)的研究、開發(fā)與應(yīng)用,有利于推動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)制造過程的自動(dòng)化和智能化,并可望有效帶動(dòng)整體智能裝備水平的提升,實(shí)現(xiàn)制造業(yè)的技術(shù)飛躍。 本文以華西能源的國(guó)家專項(xiàng)項(xiàng)目“清潔高效鍋爐智能制造數(shù)字化車間”為背景,提出了鍋爐智能制造的“數(shù)字化”解決方案,將重點(diǎn)放在研究數(shù)字化裝配工藝規(guī)劃部分,達(dá)到了降低鍋爐生產(chǎn)的成本,縮短產(chǎn)品走向市場(chǎng)的周期,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,使企業(yè)更具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的目的。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: 首先,在論述了本文的研究背景基礎(chǔ)上,在三維建模軟件——UG中對(duì)鍋爐生產(chǎn)車間和生產(chǎn)線布局進(jìn)行了三維建模,對(duì)汽包車間的典型工位的裝配體進(jìn)行了三維建模。 其次,基于Tecnomatix軟件,研究了鍋爐汽包的數(shù)字化裝配工藝規(guī)劃,并應(yīng)用Tecnomatix中的Process Designer和Process Simulate模塊構(gòu)建了最優(yōu)化的數(shù)字化裝配序列和數(shù)字化裝配路徑,避免裝配體各零部件在實(shí)際裝配中出現(xiàn)碰撞干涉,提高了裝配效率,降低返工率等。 最后,設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)基于ASP.NET平臺(tái)的網(wǎng)頁版三維裝配培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)。讓工人們可以通過車間計(jì)算機(jī)獲取汽包裝配的三維指導(dǎo)教程。教程中運(yùn)用充分模擬真實(shí)裝配環(huán)境的裝配仿真過程,對(duì)車間工人們進(jìn)行示教,提高工作效率,減少人為失誤。
[Abstract]:The manufacturing industry is crucial to a country's economic and political status in twenty-first Century, because of its industrial production in the decisive position and effect in many countries, especially the United States and other western developed countries regard the development strategy of manufacturing industry as a priority among priorities. China as a big manufacturing country, with the increasing international competition China's manufacturing industry and the rising labor costs, equipment efficiency, production cost, product quality and other aspects of the increasing demand, the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce, in order to meet the challenges of the market to further reduce costs and improve productivity, the manufacturing enterprises are in pursuit of better technology to the field of manufacturing support and and then, improved, vigorously carry out the research of the digital factory technology, development and application, is conducive to promoting the automation and intelligent manufacturing process, and is expected to be effective Promote the improvement of the overall level of intelligent equipment and realize the technological leap of the manufacturing industry.
Based on the national special project "Huaxi energy clean and efficient boiler intelligent manufacturing digital workshop" as the background, put forward the "digital" intelligent boiler manufacturing solutions, will focus in the study of digital assembly process planning, to reduce boiler production cost, shorten the period of product to market, improve product quality, make the the purpose of enterprises more competitive. The main research contents are as follows:
First, on the basis of discussing the research background of the paper, 3D modeling of boiler production workshop and production line layout is carried out in 3D modeling software -- UG, and three-dimensional modeling of typical station assembly is carried out.
Secondly, based on the Tecnomatix software, digital assembly process planning of the boiler, and the application of Process Designer and Process Simulate in the Tecnomatix module to construct digital assembly sequence optimization and digital assembly path, avoid the assembly of parts of the collision occurs in the actual assembly interference, improves the assembly efficiency, reduce the rework rate.
Finally, the design of a ASP.NET platform web version of 3D assembly training system based on. Let the workers can get through the drum assembly workshop computer 3D tutorial. Fully simulate the real assembly process of assembly simulation environment using the tutorial, the workshop workers teach, improve work efficiency, reduce human error.
