【摘要】:加強節(jié)能降耗是鉆探行業(yè)實現(xiàn)自身發(fā)展的內(nèi)在需要。從實踐中提升出一種具有理論性和廣泛操作性的節(jié)能降耗技術(shù),使之可以在塔里木油田中的鉆井隊能夠推廣及應(yīng)用,是本文的研究目的。本文從鉆井隊能源的利用與管理現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),分析了鉆井隊的能源使用形勢,提出本文的研究方向即鉆井隊節(jié)能降耗技術(shù)與應(yīng)用研究,并對節(jié)能降耗管理的相關(guān)理論概念進行了介紹;其次,對塔里木油田使用的鉆井設(shè)備能源消耗的現(xiàn)狀進行客觀分析,對當前節(jié)能降耗技術(shù)中存在的一系列問題及其原因進行了深入探討;在此基礎(chǔ)上,從鉆井系統(tǒng)四個主要的耗能環(huán)節(jié),提出了一些加強鉆井隊節(jié)能降耗技術(shù)的可行性建議。以期為塔里木油田鉆井隊今后的節(jié)能降耗技術(shù)與應(yīng)用的實踐工作提供參考。
[Abstract]:Strengthening the energy saving and reducing consumption is the inner need of the drilling industry to realize its own development. From practice, a technology of energy saving and consumption reduction with theoretical and extensive operation can be promoted, so that it can be popularized and applied in drilling team of Tarim Oilfield, which is the purpose of this paper. According to the current situation of energy utilization and management of drilling team starting, analysis of the drilling team's energy use situation, put forward the research direction of this paper is the drilling team energy saving technology research and application, and related theoretical concepts of energy saving management were introduced; secondly, analyzing the current status of drilling equipment energy use Tarim Oilfield consumption, a series of problems of energy-saving technology in the current and the reasons are discussed; on this basis, from the drilling system of four major energy sectors, and puts forward some feasible suggestions to strengthen energy-saving technology drilling team. It is expected to provide reference for the future practice and application of energy saving technology and application in Tarim oil field drilling team.
