【摘要】：通過對現(xiàn)有高光譜數(shù)據(jù)圖像質(zhì)量評價方法的研究,選取輻射精度、信息熵、信噪比、清晰度等圖像質(zhì)量評價指標(biāo)對THEMIS-T-FPS2500地面高光譜成像儀采集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量評價。結(jié)果表明,THEMIS-T-FPS2500地面高光譜成像儀數(shù)據(jù)256個波段中從第200波段開始,圖像的信噪比較低,圖像清晰度較差;第1個~10個波段的信噪比雖然較高,但圖像清晰度較差,剩余的190個波段的數(shù)據(jù)成像質(zhì)量較好,目標(biāo)物清晰,信息量豐富。
[Abstract]:Based on the research of the existing methods of image quality evaluation of hyperspectral data, the data quality of THEMIS-T-FPS2500 ground hyperspectral imager is evaluated by selecting the image quality evaluation indexes such as radiation accuracy, information entropy, signal-to-noise ratio, clarity and so on.The results show that in 256 bands of THEMIS-T-FPS2500 data, the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the image is low and the resolution of the image is poor from the 200th band, and the SNR of the first ~ 10th band is relatively high, but the definition of the image is poor.The remaining 190 bands have good imaging quality, clear object and abundant information.
