基于GIS的鄱陽湖區(qū)洪災損失評估系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:鄱陽湖區(qū)是我國洪澇災害發(fā)生較為嚴重的地區(qū),每年因洪澇災害所造成的經(jīng)濟損失十分巨大。洪災損失評估是防洪減災領域中不可或缺的一部分,如何通過防洪非工程措施,對洪災損失進行準確評估,這已是擺在我們面前關系到鄱陽湖區(qū)經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展的一項戰(zhàn)略任務,越來越受到鄱陽湖區(qū)政府部門的高度重視,因此有必要開展基于GIS的鄱陽湖區(qū)洪災損失評估系統(tǒng)研究。 首先,論文概述了鄱陽湖區(qū)洪災損失評估系統(tǒng)的研究背景及意義;對鄱陽湖區(qū)洪災損失評估系統(tǒng)進行了需求分析和總體設計,其中需求分析包括數(shù)據(jù)需求分析、用戶需求分析和功能需求分析,總體設計包括開發(fā)環(huán)境、框架結構和設計模式,設計模式部分搭建了插件式GIS應用框架。 其次,對鄱陽湖區(qū)洪災損失評估系統(tǒng)應用模型進行了研究,闡述了應用模型基礎GPU和BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡,建立了GPU加速的洪水淹沒分析模型和BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡洪災損失評估模型。 然后,對鄱陽湖區(qū)洪災損失評估系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫進行了概念模型設計和邏輯模型設計,在此基礎上完成了系統(tǒng)空間數(shù)據(jù)庫和屬性數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立工作,并通過空間數(shù)據(jù)庫引擎ArcSDE和ADO.NET技術實現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)與Oracle的連接。 最后,以ArcGIS9.3為GIS平臺,以Oracle10g為數(shù)據(jù)庫平臺,利用.NET平臺下的C#編程語言,采用C/S結構,通過ArcGIS Engine組件技術和第三方插件Developer Express開發(fā)實現(xiàn)了鄱陽湖區(qū)洪災損失評估系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)的主要功能包括基礎數(shù)據(jù)管理、基礎工情信息查詢與分析、GPU加速確定淹沒范圍、洪水預報和BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡洪災損失評估等。 鄱陽湖區(qū)洪災損失評估系統(tǒng)建立的基于GPU加速的洪水淹沒分析模型能夠很好地發(fā)揮GPU并行處理與浮點運算的能力,在保證計算精度的前提下快速獲取淹沒范圍,進而向BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡洪災損失評估模型輸入實時洪水淹沒范圍影響因素,更好地反應洪災情況,,增強洪災損失評估的準確性。與此同時,鄱陽湖區(qū)洪災損失評估系統(tǒng)還可以及時準確地向抗洪救災部門提供準確的災害情報,為防洪救災決策提供科學支持服務,能夠產(chǎn)生較好的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益,具有良好推廣應用價值。
[Abstract]:Poyang Lake region is a serious area of flood disaster in China, and the economic loss caused by flood disaster is very huge every year.Flood disaster loss assessment is an indispensable part in flood control and disaster reduction field.This is a strategic task related to the sustainable development of economy in Poyang Lake area, which has been paid more and more attention by the government departments in Poyang Lake District. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the research of flood disaster loss assessment system based on GIS in Poyang Lake region.First of all, the paper summarizes the research background and significance of the Poyang Lake area flood loss assessment system, and carries on the demand analysis and the overall design to the Poyang Lake area flood disaster loss assessment system, in which the demand analysis includes the data demand analysis.The overall design includes development environment, frame structure and design pattern. The part of design pattern builds plug-in GIS application framework.Secondly, the application model of flood damage assessment system in Poyang Lake region is studied. The application model based on GPU and BP neural network is expounded, and the GPU accelerated flood flood flood analysis model and BP neural network flood loss assessment model are established.Then, the conceptual model design and logical model design of flood disaster loss assessment system database in Poyang Lake region are carried out. On this basis, the establishment of system spatial database and attribute database is completed.The connection between data and Oracle is realized by spatial database engine ArcSDE and ADO.NET technology.Finally, using ArcGIS9.3 as GIS platform, Oracle10g as database platform, using C # programming language under. Net platform, adopting C / S structure, using ArcGIS Engine component technology and third party plug-in Developer Express to develop and realize Poyang Lake area flood disaster loss assessment system.The main functions realized include basic data management, information query and analysis of basic information, GPU accelerated determination of inundation range, flood forecast and BP neural network flood loss assessment, and so on.The flood flood flood analysis model based on GPU acceleration established by Poyang Lake area flood damage assessment system can give full play to the ability of GPU parallel processing and floating-point operation, and obtain the inundation range quickly under the premise of guaranteeing the calculation accuracy.Then, the paper inputted the influencing factors to the BP neural network flood loss assessment model, which can better reflect the flood situation and enhance the accuracy of flood loss assessment.At the same time, the Poyang Lake District Flood disaster loss Assessment system can also provide accurate disaster information to flood control and disaster relief departments in time, provide scientific support services for flood control and disaster relief decisions, and can produce better economic and social benefits.It has good application value.
