基于雙目立體視覺技術(shù)的巖爆碎屑彈射速度理論修正模型

【摘要】:為了給工程巖爆破壞預(yù)測提供理論依據(jù),在花崗巖巖爆模擬試驗過程中,利用2臺高速相機同步拍攝到碎屑彈射過程的數(shù)字圖像。利用雙目立體視覺技術(shù)對圖像數(shù)據(jù)進行分析處理,得到碎屑的三維坐標和體積2個關(guān)鍵參數(shù),進而求得碎屑的彈射速度。根據(jù)實測數(shù)據(jù)對彈射速度預(yù)測的理論模型進行經(jīng)驗修正,具體結(jié)論如下:修正模型中的應(yīng)力衰減常數(shù)b服從均值和方差分別為1.53×10~4和4.83×10~7的正太分布;經(jīng)過修正的經(jīng)驗公式相比于原理論公式,未知變量的個數(shù)減少1個,只需知道碎屑的質(zhì)量以及巖爆點對應(yīng)的靜態(tài)應(yīng)力場就能得到碎屑彈射速度的統(tǒng)計分布;大部分巖爆碎屑的質(zhì)量小于0.25 g,且動能大多數(shù)(86%)都集中在長度l20 mm的碎屑上。
[Abstract]:In order to provide theoretical basis for the prediction of rockburst damage in engineering, the digital images of clastic ejection process were simultaneously captured by two high-speed cameras during the simulation test of granite rockburst. Using binocular stereo vision technology to analyze and process the image data, two key parameters of the debris's 3D coordinate and volume are obtained, and then the ejection velocity of the debris is obtained. According to the measured data, the theoretical model of ejection velocity prediction is modified empirically. The concrete conclusions are as follows: the stress attenuation constant b in the modified model is the positive distribution of the mean value and variance of 1.53 脳 10 ~ (4) and 4.83 脳 10 ~ (7), respectively; Compared with the original theoretical formula, the modified empirical formula reduces the number of unknown variables by one, and the statistical distribution of ejection velocity can be obtained only by knowing the mass of the clastic and the static stress field corresponding to the rock burst point. The mass of most rock burst detritus is less than 0.25 g, and most of the kinetic energy is concentrated on the l20 mm long debris.
