液壓加載控制器設計及在巖土巖石中的應用

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代土木工程專業(yè)的發(fā)展,巖土巖石專業(yè)越來越多地采取土工室內(nèi)試驗的方式來測試巖土、巖石的各項物理性能和力學指標,進而指導工程監(jiān)測和施工。三軸試驗是其中占比相對較大的一個模塊。而常用的三軸儀所需要的三向壓力的加載都是由三臺液壓加載控制器來提供,這樣三軸儀的三向主應力都能夠由不同的液壓加載控制器獨立施加。這樣液壓加載控制器的控制部分以及其在三軸儀中的應用就成為了本文的研究重點。針對液壓加載控制器控制模式、電控軟件、控制面板電路、控制電路等問題,本文主要通過實驗的方式,進行了液壓加載控制器測量精度的軟件控制方法探究,并分析了液壓加載控制器的控制模式,進行了閉環(huán)動態(tài)控制試驗驗證。在液壓加載控制器的應用研究部分,本文從其機械特性在三軸儀中的應用出發(fā),進行了詳細的三軸試驗驗證,并進行了誤差分析。通過液壓加載控制器的單片機控制,驗證三軸儀在巖土巖石實驗中的無超調(diào)條件下保證恒壓輸出存在的可行性。研究液壓加載控制器在巖土巖石的本構模型中所起的作用。經(jīng)過對以上問題的研究,在液壓加載控制器的控制部分中確定采用液晶顯示器、步進電動機、通過單片機控制。通過試驗液壓加載控制器在三軸儀中的應用與黃土自身的變形特性以及力學性能都是相符的,也就是說液壓加載控制器的機械性能是基本能夠滿足巖土巖石工程實際中復雜的土體巖體應力狀態(tài)的模擬和其力學性能試驗測試的要求,整套試驗儀器的穩(wěn)定性是能夠得到基本保證的。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern civil engineering specialty, more and more geotechnical and rock majors adopt the method of geotechnical laboratory test to test the physical properties and mechanical indexes of rock and soil. The triaxial test is one of the relatively large modules, and the triaxial pressure required by the triaxial apparatus is provided by three hydraulic loading controllers. In this way, the three direction principal stress of the triaxial instrument can be independently applied by different hydraulic loading controllers. Thus, the control part of the hydraulic loading controller and its application in the triaxial instrument have become the focus of this paper. Load controller control mode, Electronic control software, control panel circuit, control circuit and so on, this paper mainly through the experimental way, carried on the hydraulic load controller measurement precision software control method research, and analyzed the hydraulic load controller control mode, The closed-loop dynamic control test is carried out. In the application research part of hydraulic loading controller, the detailed triaxial test verification is carried out based on the application of its mechanical characteristics in the triaxial instrument. The error analysis is carried out. The single chip computer control system is controlled by hydraulic loading controller. The feasibility of ensuring the existence of constant pressure output under the condition of no overshoot in geotechnical rock experiments is verified. The role of hydraulic loading controller in the constitutive model of geotechnical rock is studied. In the control part of the hydraulic loading controller, the liquid crystal display, step motor, The application of hydraulic loading controller in triaxial instrument is consistent with the deformation characteristics and mechanical properties of loess itself. That is to say, the mechanical performance of the hydraulic loading controller is basically able to meet the requirements of the simulation of the stress state of the complex soil mass in the geotechnical engineering practice and the test of its mechanical properties. The stability of the whole set of test instruments can be basically guaranteed.
