【摘要】：為了使用最小的電感改善體聲波(BAW)梯型濾波器的帶外抑制,提出了一種BAW梯型濾波器帶外抑制調(diào)節(jié)電感的優(yōu)化方法,該方法對電感值進(jìn)行了兩次連續(xù)優(yōu)化。首先分析了電感改善BAW梯型濾波器帶外抑制的原理、結(jié)合單個薄膜體聲波諧振器(FBAR)的靜態(tài)電容公式并推導(dǎo)并聯(lián)FBAR支路串聯(lián)一個電感的輸入阻抗表達(dá)式,得到在FBAR諧振區(qū)面積較大的并聯(lián)支路,比在其他支路串聯(lián)電感,對濾波器帶外抑制的改善程度較大、電感值較小,該步確定了電感的最佳位置,隨之確定的電感值較小;在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過使上述卓越的帶外抑制性能退化到帶外抑制指標(biāo)附近,電感值進(jìn)一步減小。通過以上兩次連續(xù)優(yōu)化,能迅速確定一個最小的電感值及所在位置。結(jié)合一個31/2階BAW梯型濾波器,驗(yàn)證了該優(yōu)化方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the out-of-band suppression of BAW trapezoidal filter by using the minimum inductance, an optimization method for adjusting inductance is proposed. The inductance value is optimized twice by this method. Firstly, the principle of inductor improving the out-of-band suppression of BAW trapezoidal filter is analyzed. Combining with the static capacitance formula of a single thin film bulk acoustic resonator (FBA) and deducing the input impedance expression of a parallel FBAR branch in series, the parallel branch with larger area in the FBAR resonance region is obtained than the series inductor in the other branch. This step determines the optimal position of the inductor, and then the inductance value is small; on the basis of this, the inductance of the filter is improved greatly and the inductance value is small. The inductance is further reduced by degenerating the excellent out-of-band suppression performance to the out-of-band suppression index. A minimum inductance and its location can be determined quickly. The effectiveness of the optimization method is verified by combining a 31/2 order BAW ladder filter.
