一種新型電阻補償雙極工藝帶隙基準電壓源

【摘要】:文章分析了帶隙基準電壓源中電阻補償?shù)脑?使用2種不同溫度系數(shù)的電阻設計了一個低溫度系數(shù)新型雙極工藝帶隙電壓源電路,并基于CSMC 2μm36V雙極工藝對電路進行仿真,實現(xiàn)了對基極發(fā)射極電壓的三階補償。仿真結果表明,在10~30V輸入電壓范圍內(nèi),該帶隙電壓源輸出電壓為2.12V;電源抑制比為120.2dB的頻率點為14.85Hz;溫度變化范圍在-40~125℃時,溫度系數(shù)為2.17×10~(-6)/℃。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the principle of resistance compensation in bandgap voltage reference is analyzed, and a new type of band-gap voltage source circuit with low temperature coefficient is designed by using two kinds of resistors with different temperature coefficients. The circuit is simulated based on CSMC 2 渭 m 36V bipolar process, and the third-order compensation of the base emitter voltage is realized. The simulation results show that the input voltage is in the range of 10V / 30V.
