【摘要】:紅外測(cè)溫診斷技術(shù)具備非接觸性的特點(diǎn),能隨時(shí)對(duì)運(yùn)行中的設(shè)備健康狀態(tài)進(jìn)行診斷,在電力系統(tǒng)配電網(wǎng)內(nèi)、外部故障診斷中迅速推廣應(yīng)用,有效的減少了停電檢修次數(shù)并能夠及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)故障缺陷。因此,進(jìn)一步加大紅外測(cè)溫診斷技術(shù)在配電網(wǎng)中的應(yīng)用研究,逐步提高診斷技術(shù)的實(shí)用性和普遍性具有十分重要的意義。首先,對(duì)配電網(wǎng)故障診斷的發(fā)展背景進(jìn)行了闡述,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)、外紅外測(cè)溫診斷技術(shù)在電力系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用情況和清遠(yuǎn)供電局故障診斷現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)研。通過(guò)對(duì)比,發(fā)現(xiàn)清遠(yuǎn)供電局采用紅外成像儀對(duì)電氣設(shè)備進(jìn)行故障診斷仍處于空白,為明確本文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和主要研究方向提供了依據(jù)。其次,全面研究紅外測(cè)溫診斷技術(shù),清晰紅外線的基本特性、紅外輻射的基本規(guī)律、紅外熱成像的基本原理以及故障熱像圖譜識(shí)別技巧等,清晰電氣設(shè)備發(fā)熱故障的成因和影響、電氣設(shè)備內(nèi)外部故障診斷的原理和方法等。最后,將成熟的理論引用到清遠(yuǎn)市配電網(wǎng),摸索編制了管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書,明確了工作要求、操作方法、檢測(cè)周期和故障判斷等依據(jù),形成了一整套的作業(yè)表單,規(guī)范了在線監(jiān)測(cè)各環(huán)節(jié)的工作流程;引用了近兩年紅外測(cè)溫診斷的典型案例,通過(guò)案例分析證明了該技術(shù)在清遠(yuǎn)市配電網(wǎng)狀態(tài)檢修中應(yīng)用的重要性和必要性。
[Abstract]:Infrared temperature measurement and diagnosis technology has the characteristics of non-contact, it can diagnose the health status of the equipment in operation at any time, and it can be applied rapidly in the distribution network of power system and external fault diagnosis. Effectively reduce the number of outages and repair, and can find fault defects in time. Therefore, further increase the infrared temperature diagnosis technology in distribution network application research. It is very important to improve the practicability and universality of diagnosis technology gradually. Firstly, the development background of distribution network fault diagnosis is expounded. The application of external infrared temperature measurement and diagnosis technology in power system and the fault diagnosis status of Qingyuan Power supply Bureau are investigated and compared. It is found that the fault diagnosis of electrical equipment by infrared imager in Qingyuan Power supply Bureau is still blank, which provides the basis for clarifying the main research content and main research direction of this paper. The technology of infrared temperature measurement and diagnosis, the basic characteristics of clear infrared ray, the basic rules of infrared radiation, the basic principle of infrared thermal imaging and the techniques of fault thermal image recognition are studied in an all-round way. It is clear the cause and influence of heating fault of electrical equipment, the principle and method of internal and external fault diagnosis of electrical equipment. Finally, the mature theory is applied to Qingyuan distribution network. The management standard and operation instruction are worked out, the working requirements, operation methods, inspection period and fault judgment are defined, a set of job forms are formed, and the work flow of on-line monitoring is standardized. The typical cases of infrared temperature measurement and diagnosis in recent two years are cited, and the importance and necessity of the application of this technology in the condition maintenance of distribution network in Qingyuan City are proved by case analysis.
