應(yīng)用于高分子給體的稠環(huán)雙內(nèi)酯構(gòu)筑單元(英文)

近年來,由于新型、高效高分子給體和非富勒烯受體的不斷涌現(xiàn),有機(jī)太陽(yáng)電池性能得以快速提高.本文開發(fā)了基于稠環(huán)雙內(nèi)酯構(gòu)筑單元的高分子給體材料,設(shè)計(jì)合成了兩種五元稠環(huán)雙內(nèi)酯單元BL1和BL2,并進(jìn)一步用這兩種單元構(gòu)筑了D-A共軛高分子給體P1和P2. BL1和BL2的分子結(jié)構(gòu)通過X射線單晶衍射方法得到解析. BL1呈現(xiàn)完全平面化的分子結(jié)構(gòu), BL2則由于分子中兩個(gè)相鄰羰基的排斥作用而呈現(xiàn)一種扭曲平面結(jié)構(gòu).由于雙內(nèi)酯基團(tuán)的強(qiáng)吸電子性以及BL1和BL2單元較大的稠環(huán)平面,高分子給體P1和P2展現(xiàn)出較深的HOMO能級(jí)和較好的空穴遷移率.基于上述高分子給體和非富勒烯受體IT-4F的太陽(yáng)電池P1:IT-4F和P2:IT-4F實(shí)現(xiàn)了較高的開路電壓,分別為0.96和0.94 V,能量轉(zhuǎn)換效率分別為10.44%和7.31%.
