變頻電機(jī)絕緣的局部放電檢測(cè)技術(shù)

【摘要】:為解決陡上升/下降沿脈沖方波電壓下變頻電機(jī)絕緣局部放電(PD)檢測(cè)的信號(hào)提取問(wèn)題,對(duì)比研究了高頻電流傳感器和超高頻法測(cè)試中局部放電和脈沖電源干擾的時(shí)域和頻域特性。針對(duì)2種信號(hào)的不同特征,提出了抑制脈沖電源干擾、提高信噪比的方法。研究結(jié)論認(rèn)為,依據(jù)IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行變頻電機(jī)局部放電檢測(cè)時(shí),超高頻法在局部放電起始放電電壓測(cè)試和脈沖信號(hào)提取中表現(xiàn)出較高信噪比(S/N)性能,可優(yōu)先選用。相關(guān)系數(shù)分析方法可作為局部放電脈沖是否淹沒(méi)在脈沖電源干擾中的有效判據(jù),聯(lián)合采用相關(guān)系數(shù)分析和sym2小波提取技術(shù)后,寬頻電流測(cè)試法仍可在需要的場(chǎng)合作為變頻電機(jī)絕緣局部放電檢測(cè)的有效補(bǔ)充。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of signal extraction from insulation partial discharge (PD) detection of frequency conversion motor with steep rise / fall along pulse square wave voltage, the time domain and frequency domain characteristics of partial discharge and pulse power supply interference in high frequency current sensor and ultra high frequency method are compared and studied.
