LED照明驅動模塊研制

【摘要】:照明在能源消耗中一直占著比較大的比重,約占世界能源消耗的20%。受環(huán)境污染、資源短缺的制約,迫切需要對更加綠色環(huán)保的照明產(chǎn)品進行研究。半導體照明計劃已經(jīng)在上個世紀末推出,節(jié)能,環(huán)保,體積小,壽命長,光效高,無汞污染等諸多優(yōu)點,LED照明正越來越受到人們的重視,成為照明行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢。目前各國都對LED照明及其相關應用投入了大量的財力和人力。 LED驅動電路的各種性能參數(shù)的設計計算,在很大程度上決定了照明的質量和LED照明產(chǎn)品的壽命,所以驅動電路電路設計的可靠性是確保LED照明產(chǎn)品可靠的關鍵因素。隨著LED行業(yè)的發(fā)展和各種規(guī)定的制定,對于目前的LED驅動器的更高的要求,如在寬輸入電壓范圍的情況下可以穩(wěn)定的輸出電壓,PF值和功率密度高,體積小,和在整個負載范圍內效率高。本課題首先介紹了LED的基本發(fā)光原理,并對其電流、電壓和光功率之間的關系進行了一定的分析;也對LED照明的應用現(xiàn)狀和優(yōu)缺點進行了介紹,以及它日后廣闊的發(fā)展前景。本文設計了一款基于TNY280,額定輸出功率10W,恒流350mA的隔離輸出單端反激式LED驅動模塊,其輸入電壓為85-264VAC;具有空載保護、過壓保護功能,且符合EMC要求;該驅動器采用PWM的自動調節(jié)得到恒流輸出效果,過壓時用穩(wěn)壓管實現(xiàn)空載過壓保護,通過變壓器和光耦隔離實現(xiàn)了輸出隔離;本論文設計的電源可廣泛用于LED照明驅動中。 按照以上的設計要求,通過電路仿真和分析,最終設計并制作出符合要求的驅動模塊樣機。最后,對做成的樣機進行了實驗室測試,結果證明設計是正確的,性能指標基本達到了設計要求。
[Abstract]:Lighting has always accounted for a large proportion of energy consumption, accounting for about 20% of the world's energy consumption. Restricted by environmental pollution and shortage of resources, it is urgent to study greener lighting products. Semiconductor lighting plan has been launched at the end of last century, such as energy saving, environmental protection, small volume, long life, high light efficiency, mercury-free pollution and many other advantages. LED lighting is being paid more and more attention and become the development trend of lighting industry. At present, many countries have invested a lot of financial and human resources in LED lighting and its related applications. The design and calculation of various performance parameters of LED driving circuit determine the quality of lighting and the life of LED lighting products to a great extent, so the reliability of driving circuit design is the key factor to ensure the reliability of LED lighting products. With the development of LED industry and the formulation of various regulations, there are higher requirements for current LED drivers, such as stable output voltage under wide input voltage range, high PFvalue and power density, small volume, and high efficiency in the whole load range. In this paper, the basic luminous principle of LED is introduced, and the relationship between current, voltage and optical power is analyzed, and the application status, advantages and disadvantages of LED lighting are also introduced, as well as its broad development prospect in the future.
