基于事件仿真的變電站輔助監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)聯(lián)動(dòng)測(cè)試研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:伴隨著智能電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù)和變電站自動(dòng)化技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,變電站無人值守已經(jīng)成為智能變電站建設(shè)的趨勢(shì)。視頻信息與環(huán)境量信息之間的聯(lián)動(dòng),以及綜合自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)與視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)之間的信息交互是實(shí)現(xiàn)變電站無人值守的基礎(chǔ),是變電站輔助監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)智能化的核心。但是目前變電站輔助監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)通信協(xié)議種類繁多,聯(lián)動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)方式具有局限性,隨著電網(wǎng)規(guī)模的逐漸擴(kuò)大,聯(lián)動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)日益復(fù)雜,目前缺乏有效的方法對(duì)視頻聯(lián)動(dòng)過程和結(jié)果進(jìn)行測(cè)試。因此開展輔助監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部以及與其他子系統(tǒng)之間聯(lián)動(dòng)的測(cè)試研究具有極強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。本文采用事件仿真和協(xié)議模擬方式,依據(jù)變電站告警事件推送模式,基于IEC60870-5-104遠(yuǎn)動(dòng)規(guī)約、SIP協(xié)議,利用事件注入技術(shù)、XML解析技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)編程技術(shù)等,在Visual Studio 2010開發(fā)平臺(tái)下利用C++編程語(yǔ)言實(shí)現(xiàn)視頻聯(lián)動(dòng)測(cè)試。主要工作如下:1)分析了輔助監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)聯(lián)動(dòng)測(cè)試實(shí)現(xiàn)在智能變電站建設(shè)中的重要意義。通過分析現(xiàn)有輔助監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)聯(lián)動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu),并對(duì)目前聯(lián)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中廣泛應(yīng)用的IEC60870-5-104遠(yuǎn)動(dòng)規(guī)約和Q/GDW 517.1-2010《電網(wǎng)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)及接口第1部分:技術(shù)要求》進(jìn)行研究。2)針對(duì)輔助系統(tǒng)聯(lián)動(dòng)方案,提出模擬仿真測(cè)試方法,通過研究事件注入、時(shí)序控制等技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了聯(lián)動(dòng)協(xié)議測(cè)試和聯(lián)動(dòng)功能性能測(cè)試相結(jié)合的整體測(cè)試架構(gòu)。3)根據(jù)模擬仿真測(cè)試方法,在對(duì)聯(lián)動(dòng)協(xié)議研究的基礎(chǔ)上,利用接口測(cè)試和容錯(cuò)性測(cè)試方式,分別從正向協(xié)議互通性測(cè)試和反向協(xié)議容錯(cuò)性測(cè)試入手,實(shí)現(xiàn)了IEC60870-5-104遠(yuǎn)動(dòng)規(guī)約測(cè)試和電網(wǎng)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)接口B聯(lián)動(dòng)部分協(xié)議測(cè)試。4)在協(xié)議測(cè)試基礎(chǔ)上,建立告警事件模擬庫(kù),利用時(shí)序控制方法設(shè)計(jì)告警事件觸發(fā)過程,實(shí)現(xiàn)模擬事件注入。利用XML解析等技術(shù)提取反饋報(bào)文信息,分析聯(lián)動(dòng)效率、聯(lián)動(dòng)準(zhǔn)確度等性能指標(biāo),完成聯(lián)動(dòng)性能測(cè)試。5)通過與設(shè)備廠家的聯(lián)調(diào)測(cè)試,驗(yàn)證了測(cè)試方法的正確性和測(cè)試系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性,聯(lián)動(dòng)測(cè)試的實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)無人值守智能變電站輔助監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)建設(shè)具有很好的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the development of smart grid and the progress of network communication technology and substation automation technology, substation unattended substation has become the trend of intelligent substation construction. The linkage between video information and environmental quantity information, and the information interaction between integrated automation system and video surveillance system are the basis of realizing unattended substation, and the core of substation auxiliary monitoring system intelligence. However, at present, there are many kinds of communication protocols in substation auxiliary monitoring system, and the implementation of linkage has limitations. With the gradual expansion of power grid scale, the realization of linkage is becoming more and more complex. At present, there is a lack of effective methods to test the process and results of video linkage. Therefore, it is of great practical significance and practical application value to carry out the test research of the linkage between the auxiliary monitoring system and other subsystems. In this paper, event simulation and protocol simulation are adopted, according to the alarm event push mode of substation, based on IEC60870-5-104 telecontrol protocol, SIP protocol, event injection technology, XML analysis technology, network programming technology and so on, the video linkage test is realized by C programming language under the development platform of Visual Studio 2010. The main work is as follows: 1) the significance of linkage testing of auxiliary monitoring system in the construction of intelligent substation is analyzed. Based on the analysis of the linkage structure of the existing auxiliary monitoring system, the IEC60870-5-104 telecontrol protocol and Q/GDW 517.1 / 2010 "Power Network Video Surveillance system and Interface part 1: technical requirements", which are widely used in the linkage system, are studied. 2) aiming at the linkage scheme of the auxiliary system, the simulation and test method is put forward, and the techniques such as event injection and timing control are studied. The overall test architecture of linkage protocol test and linkage functional performance test is designed. 3) according to the simulation test method, on the basis of the research of linkage protocol, the interface test and fault tolerance test are used to start with the forward protocol interoperability test and the reverse protocol fault tolerance test, respectively. IEC60870-5-104 telecontrol protocol test and power network video surveillance system interface B linkage part protocol test are realized. 4) on the basis of protocol testing, the alarm event simulation library is established, and the alarm event trigger process is designed by using timing control method to realize analog event injection. Using XML analysis and other technologies to extract feedback message information, analyze linkage efficiency, linkage accuracy and other performance indicators to complete the linkage performance test. 5) through the joint test with equipment manufacturers, the correctness of the test method and the stability of the test system are verified. The realization of linkage testing has a good practical application value for the construction of unattended intelligent substation auxiliary monitoring system.
