電機(jī)定子圓柱殼體周向模態(tài)頻率計(jì)算

【摘要】:為了研究電機(jī)定子圓柱殼體長度、壁厚、平均直徑以及徑厚比對其周向模態(tài)頻率的影響,用有限元法對不同參數(shù)的圓柱殼體進(jìn)行了模態(tài)分析。通過分析得出圓柱殼體周向模態(tài)頻率與其長度關(guān)系很小,而與其壁厚近似成線性比例關(guān)系,與其平均直徑的平方近似成反比關(guān)系。圓柱殼體周向模態(tài)頻率變化率近似與徑厚比成線性變化。圓柱殼體的徑厚比越小,模態(tài)頻率變化率越低;模態(tài)階數(shù)越高,模態(tài)頻率變化率越低。當(dāng)圓柱殼體徑厚比較小時(shí),傳統(tǒng)解析公式計(jì)算結(jié)果誤差較大。為了減少計(jì)算誤差,提出一種計(jì)算圓柱殼體周向模態(tài)頻率的解析方法,通過與有限元仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)B(tài)分析結(jié)果對比,驗(yàn)證了該解析計(jì)算方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effects of the length, wall thickness, average diameter and diameter-thickness ratio of the stator cylindrical shell on the circumferential modal frequency of the motor, the modal analysis of the cylindrical shell with different parameters is carried out by using the finite element method. Through the analysis, it is concluded that the relationship between the circumferential modal frequency and the length of the cylindrical shell is very small, but it is approximately linear proportional to its wall thickness and inversely proportional to the square of the average diameter. The frequency change rate of circumferential mode of cylindrical shell is approximately linear with the ratio of diameter to thickness. The smaller the diameter-thickness ratio of the cylindrical shell is, the lower the modal frequency change rate is, and the higher the modal order is, the lower the modal frequency change rate is. When the diameter and thickness of cylindrical shell is small, the error of the traditional analytical formula is large. In order to reduce the calculation error, an analytical method for calculating the circumferential modal frequency of cylindrical shells is proposed. The effectiveness of the analytical method is verified by comparing with the results of finite element simulation and experimental modal analysis.
