【摘要】：在變電站智能人機接口和控制中心分別同時操作線路間隔母槽隔離開關(guān)和母聯(lián)間隔斷路器的特定情境下,隔離開關(guān)位置的改變將導(dǎo)致母聯(lián)閉鎖失效。提出了含預(yù)約邏輯的多間隔聯(lián)閉鎖實現(xiàn)方案,解決多主體操作不同間隔設(shè)備的并發(fā)行為而導(dǎo)致的誤操作問題。分析了多間隔聯(lián)閉鎖的預(yù)約機制,介紹了IEC 61850-7-2標準第2版中的控制命令狀態(tài)機和服務(wù)追蹤技術(shù),提出了含預(yù)約邏輯變量的閉鎖功能邏輯節(jié)點(CILO)閉鎖模型,以及基于控制命令解析的預(yù)約邏輯算法。進一步提出了基于服務(wù)追蹤和預(yù)約邏輯的通用多間隔聯(lián)閉鎖體系架構(gòu)并設(shè)計了其信息交互流程。
