齒槽形狀對(duì)永磁風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)溫度場(chǎng)分布的影響
[Abstract]:Taking the slot structure which affects the distribution of generator temperature field as the research object, based on the measured value under variable working conditions, the finite element numerical simulation method is adopted to study the temperature field of permanent magnet wind turbine with different slot structure with power of 400 W. First of all, according to the test scheme and using FLIR infrared thermal imager to collect the dynamic temperature field of pear groove, sector slot and oblique shoulder circular bottom slot generator under different working conditions, the test temperature value is sorted out by meshgrid (x,. Y) function and surf (x, y, z) function are combined to draw the three-dimensional surfaces of different slot stator along the radial direction with the load value and position. Secondly, taking the measured temperature value as the calculation load and boundary condition, the temperature field of different slot structures is simulated. Finally, the distribution law of temperature field is compared and analyzed, and the optimal slot structure with low heat production and strong heat dissipation is found on the basis of the consistent and effective law of the two.
