【摘要】：針對(duì)空間太陽(yáng)能電站大口徑聚光結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)用需求與運(yùn)載條件相矛盾的情況,以離軸式聚光系統(tǒng)為研究基礎(chǔ),設(shè)計(jì)了一種具有折疊展開(kāi)功能的次鏡支撐機(jī)構(gòu)。機(jī)構(gòu)采用三關(guān)節(jié)串聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)為主,兩組平行四桿機(jī)構(gòu)為輔,可實(shí)現(xiàn)水平、豎直的兩次展開(kāi),并能保證次鏡組件在展開(kāi)過(guò)程中始終保持平動(dòng)狀態(tài)。通過(guò)建立機(jī)構(gòu)折展的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)方程,對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)的工作空間進(jìn)行了求解,規(guī)劃了展開(kāi)方案;對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)展開(kāi)的位置、姿態(tài)精度進(jìn)行了研究,分析了展開(kāi)精度對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)各結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的敏感度;最后,在ADAMS軟件中建立了折展機(jī)構(gòu)的虛擬樣機(jī),對(duì)展開(kāi)過(guò)程進(jìn)行了仿真,驗(yàn)證了機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的正確性與合理性。
[Abstract]:In view of the contradiction between the application demand and carrying conditions of large aperture concentrator structure in space solar power station, a secondary mirror supporting mechanism with folding and unfolding function is designed based on off-axis concentrator system. The mechanism adopts three-joint series structure mainly and two groups of parallel four-bar mechanism as auxiliary, which can realize horizontal and vertical two-time deployment, and ensure that the secondary mirror assembly will always keep the state of translation during the process of deployment. The workspace of the mechanism is solved and the deployment scheme is planned by establishing the kinematic equation of the mechanism folding, the position and attitude accuracy of the mechanism are studied, and the sensitivity of the deployment precision to the structural parameters of the mechanism is analyzed. Finally, the virtual prototype of the folding mechanism is established in ADAMS software, and the development process is simulated to verify the correctness and rationality of the mechanism design.
