集控型解鎖鑰匙管理系統(tǒng)的研究及應用

【摘要】:當前,變電站微機五防系統(tǒng)解鎖鑰匙的管理還處于較初級階段,管理手段落后,存在很多問題,如登記審批制度不嚴謹,很難監(jiān)督執(zhí)行,解鎖鑰匙被運行、操作和檢修人員隨意持有,經常出現(xiàn)擅自解鎖現(xiàn)象,為各類惡性誤操作事故的發(fā)生埋下安全隱患。因此,迫切需要借助更先進的計算機和通訊技術,解決對解鎖操作實現(xiàn)高效率的管理。本項目研究開發(fā)的集控型解鎖鑰匙管理系統(tǒng),以解鎖鑰匙管理系統(tǒng)為主要研究對象,可劃分為解鎖鑰匙管理機系統(tǒng)和解鎖鑰匙管理信息系統(tǒng)兩大部分。解鎖鑰匙管理機部分,主要采用了ARM嵌入式技術、基于以太網和GSM的短消息通訊技術,以及IrDA紅外線檢測光電傳感、電磁控制技術、紅外動態(tài)監(jiān)測和RFID非接觸式無線射頻技術等先進技術,同時采用ARM語言進行編程設計。解鎖鑰匙管理信息系統(tǒng)采用C/S架構,采用c#語言與SQL Sever數(shù)據(jù)庫相結合進行應用開發(fā)。利用集控型解鎖鑰匙管理系統(tǒng),可采集解鎖鑰匙管理機的實時數(shù)據(jù),收集解鎖鑰匙使用狀態(tài),一旦變電站運行值班人員通過系統(tǒng)進行解鎖鑰匙申請,系統(tǒng)向具有解鎖鑰匙使用審批資格的人員發(fā)送系統(tǒng)消息(內網電腦)和手機短信,具有審批資格的人員在內網電腦或通過規(guī)定的短信形式進行回復,系統(tǒng)對審批信息進行確認,如審批通過,則打開控制解鎖鑰匙管理機機門,允許運行值班人員使用解鎖鑰匙;否則,不對解鎖鑰匙管理機進行任何操作。集控型解鎖鑰匙管理系統(tǒng)的運用,可促使變電站運行值班人員嚴格按照流程要求進行解鎖鑰匙使用申請,具有解鎖鑰匙使用審批資格的人員便捷的進行審批。同時,該系統(tǒng)還可對解鎖鑰匙使用情況的實時記錄和檢索,解鎖鑰匙管理變得更加高效和便捷.而且大大提高解鎖操作的安全性,降低了人工管理成本的投入。
[Abstract]:At present, the management of the key to unlock the microcomputer five prevention system of substation is still in the primary stage, the management means are backward, and there are many problems, such as the registration and approval system is not strict, it is difficult to supervise and execute, and the unlock key is operated. The operation and maintenance personnel hold it at will, often unlocking without authorization, which buries the hidden danger for the occurrence of all kinds of malignant misoperation accidents. Therefore, more advanced computer and communication technology are urgently needed to solve the problem of efficient management of unlock operation. The centralized control key management system developed in this project takes the key management system as the main research object and can be divided into two parts: unlock key management system and unlock key management information system. In the part of key management machine, we mainly adopt ARM embedded technology, short message communication technology based on Ethernet and GSM, and IrDA infrared detection photoelectric sensor, electromagnetic control technology. Infrared dynamic monitoring and RFID non-contact radio-frequency technology and other advanced technologies are programmed by ARM language at the same time. The key management information system is based on C / S architecture, and is developed with the combination of C # language and SQL Sever database. By using the centralized control key management system, the real-time data of the unlock key management machine can be collected, and the state of using the unlock key can be collected. Once the substation operator applies for the unlock key through the system, The system sends system messages (intranet computers) and mobile phone short messages to those who are qualified to use the key to unlock, and the persons with approval qualifications respond to them on the inside computer or through the prescribed short message form, and the system confirms the approval information. If the approval is passed, open the door of the control unlock key management machine, allowing the operator on duty to use the unlock key; Otherwise, no operation will be performed on the unlock key manager. The application of centralized control unlock key management system can urge substation operators to apply for unlock key strictly in accordance with the requirements of the flow, and the personnel who have the qualification to use the unlock key can conveniently approve the application. At the same time, the system can record and retrieve the usage of unlock keys in real time, and the management of unlock keys becomes more efficient and convenient. Moreover, the security of unlocking operation is greatly improved, and the input of labor management cost is reduced.
