高濕氣候下RTV防污閃涂料的運行特性分析

【摘要】:為分析高濕氣候下室溫硫化硅橡膠(room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber,RTV)防污閃涂料的運行特性,對廣東地區(qū)使用多年的RTV絕緣子進行了試驗研究,包括外觀狀態(tài)、附著力、憎水性、污穢度等以及污穢閃絡試驗,并與山西地區(qū)RTV絕緣子的運行特性進行對比分析,在此基礎上,提出了高濕氣候下RTV涂料運行特性的特殊劣化特征及相關原因,并通過實驗室模擬試驗研究了這種劣化特征對絕緣子耐污閃性能的影響。結果表明,高濕氣候下,廣東RTV絕緣子的外觀狀態(tài)、附著力、憎水性都劣化得更為嚴重,懸垂串絕緣子與耐張串絕緣子表面的RTV涂層劣化特征不同,高濕多雨環(huán)境對RTV涂層的粘結性能有影響。試驗結果及結論為高濕氣候地區(qū)RTV涂料的使用和推廣提供一定的試驗依據。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the operation characteristics of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber (room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber,RTV) anti-pollution flashover coating in high humidity climate, the RTV insulators used for many years in Guangdong area were studied, including appearance, adhesion, hydrophobicity, etc. The pollution degree and flashover test are compared with the operation characteristics of RTV insulators in Shanxi area. On the basis of this, the special deterioration characteristics of RTV coatings in high humidity climate and the related reasons are put forward. The influence of the degradation characteristics on insulator flashover resistance was studied by laboratory simulation test. The results show that the appearance, adhesion and hydrophobicity of Guangdong RTV insulators deteriorate more seriously in high humidity climate, and the deterioration characteristics of RTV coating on the surface of drape series insulators and tension-resistant insulators are different. The effect of high humidity and heavy rain on the adhesive properties of RTV coating was investigated. The test results and conclusions provide some experimental basis for the application and popularization of RTV coatings in high humidity climate area.
