變電站智能化改造方案設(shè)計與評價研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展,用電需求增加,電網(wǎng)規(guī)模逐步擴大,信息化水平越來越高,對電網(wǎng)智能化提出了更高的要求。在這種形勢下,國家電網(wǎng)公司適時提出“堅強智能電”的概念,而變電站智能化是電網(wǎng)中重要的環(huán)節(jié)。在變電站自動化領(lǐng)域中,智能化電氣的發(fā)展,尤其是智能化開關(guān)、光電式互感器等機電一體化設(shè)備的出現(xiàn),以及計算機高速網(wǎng)絡(luò)的快速發(fā)展,為變電站信息的采集、傳輸和全智能化處理提供了可靠保障。 本文從變電站技術(shù)問題入手,分析了傳統(tǒng)變電站和數(shù)字化變電站在一次系統(tǒng)與二次系統(tǒng)存在的問題,從智能變電站的體系架構(gòu)、智能設(shè)備、自動化系統(tǒng)及高級應(yīng)用、智能輔助設(shè)施等技術(shù)方面和組織結(jié)構(gòu)與作業(yè)流程改造、安全生產(chǎn)改造和規(guī)章制度改造等管理方面提出了變電站智能化改造的方案,然后建立包含技術(shù)性、經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益三方面的變電站智能化改造方案評價體系,以M變電站為例,使用專家打分法得到的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),通過序關(guān)系法、特征值法和集值迭代法等多種賦權(quán)方法,進行多層模糊綜合評價,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)智能變電站可改善變電站的總體水平,提高企業(yè)效益,并達到節(jié)約土地、節(jié)約能源、降低噪音等增加社會效益的目的。最后預(yù)期建成后取得的實際效果:大幅提升設(shè)備運行可靠性,實現(xiàn)設(shè)備操作的自動化,提高資源使用和生產(chǎn)管理效率,使運行更加經(jīng)濟、節(jié)能和環(huán)保。 本文對變電站智能化改造技術(shù)方案的研究成果對智能變電站建設(shè)及變電站智能化改造具有重要的指導意義,為電網(wǎng)智能化建設(shè)奠定了扎實的理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy and society, the demand for electricity is increasing, the scale of power grid is gradually expanding, and the level of information is becoming higher and higher. In this situation, the State Grid Corporation timely put forward the concept of "strong intelligent electricity", and substation intelligence is an important part of the grid. In the field of substation automation, the development of intelligent electricity, especially the emergence of intelligent switch, photoelectric transformer and other mechatronics equipment, as well as the rapid development of high speed computer network, are for the collection of substation information. Transmission and fully intelligent processing provide a reliable guarantee. Starting with the technical problems of substation, this paper analyzes the problems existing in primary system and secondary system of traditional substation and digital substation, and analyzes the system structure, intelligent equipment, automation system and advanced application of intelligent substation. In technical aspects such as intelligent auxiliary facilities and management aspects such as organizational structure and operation flow transformation, safety production transformation and rules and regulations transformation, the intelligent transformation of substations is put forward, and then the establishment includes technical aspects. The evaluation system of intelligent transformation scheme of substation in three aspects of economic benefit and social benefit is presented. Taking M substation as an example, the basic data obtained by expert scoring method are used, and many weighting methods, such as order relation method, eigenvalue method and set value iterative method, are adopted. The results show that intelligent substation can improve the overall level of substation, improve the efficiency of enterprises, and achieve the purpose of saving land, saving energy, reducing noise and so on, to increase social benefits. Finally, it is expected that the practical effect will be obtained: greatly improving the reliability of the equipment operation, realizing the automation of the equipment operation, improving the efficiency of resource use and production management, making the operation more economical, energy saving and environmental protection. The research results of this paper have important guiding significance for intelligent substation construction and substation intelligent transformation, and lay a solid theoretical foundation for intelligent power grid construction.
