新型混合勵磁磁通切換型磁阻電機的非線性等效電感模型

【摘要】:新型混合勵磁磁通切換型磁阻電機(hybrid excitation flux switching motor,HEFSM)中電樞繞組、勵磁繞組、永磁體三者所產(chǎn)生的磁場相互耦合,建立動態(tài)數(shù)學(xué)模型比較困難。為分析該電機的動態(tài)特性,該文提出一種構(gòu)造三維非線性等效電感的方法,該方法是在將永磁體與勵磁繞組的作用效果等效為一個整體勵磁激勵的基礎(chǔ)上,利用傅里葉級數(shù)擬合單一電感曲線并利用特定轉(zhuǎn)子位置的磁路確定電感非線性比例系數(shù)。最后進行了實驗研究,仿真計算和實驗結(jié)果的對比表明:該文所建立的電感模型能夠較好地反映電機的實際特性,為該類電機的動態(tài)分析、控制策略研究等提供了參考。
[Abstract]:The magnetic field produced by the armature winding, excitation winding and permanent magnet in a new hybrid excitation flux switched reluctance motor (hybrid excitation flux switching motor,HEFSM) is coupled with each other, so it is difficult to establish a dynamic mathematical model. In order to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the motor, a three-dimensional nonlinear equivalent inductance is proposed in this paper. The method is based on the effect of permanent magnet and excitation winding being equivalent to a global excitation. The single inductance curve is fitted by Fourier series and the nonlinear proportional coefficient of inductance is determined by the magnetic circuit of specific rotor position. Finally, the experimental results are compared with the simulation results. The results show that the inductance model can well reflect the actual characteristics of the motor, and provide a reference for the dynamic analysis and control strategy research of the motor.
