【摘要】：針對(duì)近年來我國(guó)多條高壓直流輸電線路上瓷絕緣子出現(xiàn)的鐵帽腐蝕現(xiàn)象,從電化學(xué)角度對(duì)馬蹄形鋅環(huán)抑制運(yùn)行絕緣子鐵帽電解腐蝕的有效性進(jìn)行了理論分析,并通過模擬試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。為獲得熱膨脹時(shí)鋅環(huán)對(duì)瓷絕緣子的機(jī)電特性的影響,將安裝了馬蹄形鋅環(huán)的絕緣子于80℃高溫環(huán)境中放置50 h再測(cè)量其機(jī)電特性。結(jié)果表明,在102.3 kPa大氣壓強(qiáng)、5.4℃環(huán)境溫度、50%相對(duì)濕度條件下,安裝了馬蹄形鋅環(huán)的樣品瓷絕緣子的絕緣電阻的吸收比1.8,外絕緣陡波沖擊耐受電壓峰值在398~434 kV范圍內(nèi),低于內(nèi)絕緣陡波沖擊耐受電壓峰值范圍(486~509 kV),內(nèi)、外絕緣均滿足運(yùn)行要求,且能夠正確合理地配合。此外,馬蹄形鋅環(huán)能夠有效抑制瓷絕緣子鐵帽的電解腐蝕,且不會(huì)對(duì)絕緣子的機(jī)電特性和更換作業(yè)造成不利影響。
