基于單片機(jī)的多功能自動調(diào)溫風(fēng)扇系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著電子技術(shù)和芯片制造技術(shù)的發(fā)展,電子處理器具備了高速率、微體積、微功耗等特點(diǎn),因而結(jié)合各種先進(jìn)傳感器,將電子處理器嵌入家用電器中,賦予家用電器“大腦”,使其能夠根據(jù)環(huán)境的改變在不需要人為干預(yù)的情況下,自主做出相應(yīng)調(diào)整,從而顯著提高用戶居住舒適度、便利性和安全性的新興技術(shù)——“智能家居”便應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。 本論文著眼于智能家居給日常生活帶來的便利性和智能性,對我們平時(shí)所使用的電風(fēng)扇進(jìn)行了重新設(shè)計(jì),,將89C52單片機(jī)作為主控制器,采用DS18B20溫度傳感器測量周圍環(huán)境溫度,重點(diǎn)對模糊控制與PID控制相結(jié)合的模糊PID調(diào)速技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,并應(yīng)用到該系統(tǒng)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)了電風(fēng)扇可以通過環(huán)境溫度的變化,自動高精度調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)扇轉(zhuǎn)速,也可根據(jù)用戶設(shè)定的溫度調(diào)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)速的功能。同時(shí),本設(shè)計(jì)添加了1602液晶顯示模塊、HC-SR501紅外熱釋電傳感器、ISD4004語音模塊、DS1302實(shí)時(shí)時(shí)鐘芯片以及PT2262/PT2272無線遙控模塊等,實(shí)現(xiàn)了當(dāng)風(fēng)扇前100°范圍內(nèi)有人時(shí)可自動啟動,語音提醒當(dāng)前風(fēng)扇運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài),并可實(shí)時(shí)顯示當(dāng)前溫度和時(shí)間,以及用戶可以通過無線遙控遠(yuǎn)距離控制風(fēng)扇,通過ISD語音模塊錄制音頻留言等多種功能。 經(jīng)測試驗(yàn)證,本論文所設(shè)計(jì)的基于單片機(jī)的多功能自動調(diào)溫風(fēng)扇系統(tǒng)可以根據(jù)周圍環(huán)境溫度在25℃~36℃范圍內(nèi)由模糊PID調(diào)速算法自主高精度調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)扇轉(zhuǎn)速,語音提示風(fēng)扇運(yùn)行狀態(tài),實(shí)時(shí)顯示當(dāng)前溫度和時(shí)間,并可在50m范圍內(nèi)遠(yuǎn)距離遙控電風(fēng)扇,同時(shí)可對用戶進(jìn)行錄音留言等。該系統(tǒng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常,具有噪音低、體積小、智能化、多功能等特點(diǎn),是智能家居技術(shù)在家用電風(fēng)扇改進(jìn)方面的成功應(yīng)用與實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:With the development of electronic technology and chip manufacturing technology, the electronic processor has the characteristics of high speed, micro volume, micro power consumption and so on. So it embeds the electronic processor into the home appliance and endows the home appliance "brain" with the combination of various kinds of advanced sensors. According to the change of environment, it can make corresponding adjustment on its own without human intervention, so as to improve the living comfort of users significantly. The "smart home", a new technology of convenience and security, emerges as the times require. Focusing on the convenience and intelligence brought by smart home to daily life, the paper redesigns the electric fan that we usually use. The 89C52 single chip microcomputer is used as the main controller, and the DS18B20 temperature sensor is used to measure the ambient temperature. The fuzzy PID speed regulation technology combined with fuzzy control and PID control is studied and applied to the system. It is realized that the fan can automatically adjust the fan speed with high precision by changing the ambient temperature. You can also adjust the speed of the function according to the temperature set by the user. At the same time, the design adds 1602 LCD module, HC-SR501 infrared pyroelectric sensor, ISD4004 voice module, DS1302 real-time clock chip and PT2262/PT2272 wireless remote control module, which can be automatically started when there is someone in front of the fan in the range of 100 擄. It can display the current temperature and time in real time, and users can control the fan by wireless remote control and record audio messages through ISD voice module. It is proved by test that the multi-function automatic temperature regulating fan system based on single chip microcomputer can adjust fan speed independently and accurately by fuzzy PID speed regulation algorithm in the range of 25 鈩
