智能變電站站域后備保護(hù)裝置開(kāi)發(fā)與測(cè)試

【摘要】:利用智能變電站信息共享優(yōu)勢(shì),提出了基于電流差動(dòng)原理的站域后備保護(hù)方法,并開(kāi)發(fā)了符合IEC 61850標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的智能變電站站域后備保護(hù)裝置.為了驗(yàn)證站域后備保護(hù)裝置的工作性能,提出了基于RTDS的全數(shù)字化保護(hù)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)方案.通過(guò)搭建變電站仿真模型,并配置GTNET-SV和GTNET-GSE模塊,完成了站域后備保護(hù)裝置的閉環(huán)測(cè)試.針對(duì)變電站正常運(yùn)行、站內(nèi)故障及站外故障等不同工況,測(cè)試了保護(hù)裝置的動(dòng)作邏輯和動(dòng)作時(shí)間,其性能指標(biāo)滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求.
[Abstract]:Taking advantage of the advantages of information sharing in intelligent substations, a method of substation backup protection based on current differential principle is proposed, and an intelligent substation backup protection device in accordance with IEC 61850 standard is developed. In order to verify the performance of the backup protection device in station domain, a full digital protection test system based on RTDS is proposed. By setting up the substation simulation model and configuring the GTNET-SV and GTNET-GSE modules, the closed-loop test of the backup protection device in the station area is completed. According to different working conditions such as normal operation of substation, fault inside and outside the substation, the action logic and action time of the protective device are tested, and its performance index meets the design requirements.
