變壓器在諧波條件下的損耗及熱問題分析

【摘要】:諧波是影響電能質量的穩(wěn)態(tài)擾動之一,F(xiàn)代電力系統(tǒng)中,,電力電子技術的發(fā)展、電氣化鐵路的發(fā)展以及工業(yè)電器的大量使用使得注入電網(wǎng)的諧波日益增多,對電能質量產生嚴重危害。變壓器在電力系統(tǒng)中占有重要地位。目前,變壓器在電力工程的各個領域中獲得了廣泛的應用,由于技術上與經(jīng)濟上的原因,變壓器的單臺容量越來越大,因此變壓器的損耗及熱點、溫升更加引起人們的注意。電力系統(tǒng)的諧波會使變壓器銅損和雜散損耗增加,外殼、外層硅鋼片和某些緊固件發(fā)熱,還會造成變壓器噪聲增大、降低變壓器額定容量、降低設備壽命及可靠性等。因此研究諧波對變壓器損耗及溫升的影響具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文分析了諧波在變壓器中產生的磁滯損耗、繞組損耗及渦流損耗等,應用變壓器電磁場理論以及有限元分析理論,通過建立變壓器三維模型,進行變壓器的漏磁場分析,對變壓器鐵芯、繞組的磁場分布、諧波損耗及溫升進行計算分析,得出變壓器損耗及溫升與諧波次數(shù)的關系,鐵芯主通道軸向磁場密度分布情況,繞組及鐵芯的熱點分布情況等,這對于減少變壓器損耗、延長變壓器使用壽命、保障電力系統(tǒng)安全穩(wěn)定運行具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Harmonic is one of the steady-state disturbances affecting power quality. In modern power system, with the development of power electronics technology, the development of electrified railway and the extensive use of industrial electrical appliances, the harmonics injected into the power network are increasing day by day, which causes serious harm to the power quality. Transformer plays an important role in power system. At present, transformer has been widely used in various fields of power engineering. Because of technical and economic reasons, the single unit capacity of transformer is becoming larger and larger, so the loss and hot spot of transformer and temperature rise have attracted more and more attention. The harmonics of power system will increase the copper loss and stray loss of transformer, heat the shell, outer silicon steel sheet and some fasteners, increase the noise of transformer, reduce the rated capacity of transformer, reduce the life and reliability of equipment, etc. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the influence of harmonics on transformer loss and temperature rise. In this paper, the hysteresis loss, winding loss and eddy current loss caused by harmonics in the transformer are analyzed. By using the theory of transformer electromagnetic field and the finite element analysis theory, the leakage magnetic field of the transformer is analyzed by establishing the three dimensional model of the transformer. The magnetic field distribution, harmonic loss and temperature rise of transformer core and winding are calculated and analyzed. The relationship between transformer loss and temperature rise and harmonic frequency, the distribution of axial magnetic field density in main channel of iron core is obtained. The distribution of hot spots in windings and cores is of great significance for reducing transformer losses, prolonging transformer service life and ensuring the safe and stable operation of power system.
