兆瓦級R型風(fēng)電葉片試制工程項目質(zhì)量管理研究

【摘要】:中國的風(fēng)能儲量大、分布面廣,開發(fā)利用潛力巨大,國家已將風(fēng)電列為戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè),而風(fēng)電葉片是風(fēng)力發(fā)電機組的重要組成部分,對風(fēng)力發(fā)電機組的正常運行和發(fā)電功率起著決定性作用。但是,巨大的市場前景和積極的政策鼓勵,使得與風(fēng)電相關(guān)的產(chǎn)業(yè)包括整機行業(yè)、風(fēng)電葉片行業(yè)、以及其他配套行業(yè)迅速發(fā)展。目前風(fēng)電葉片產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了嚴(yán)重的產(chǎn)能過剩狀態(tài),風(fēng)電葉片企業(yè)的競爭也越發(fā)激烈,中國風(fēng)電葉片產(chǎn)業(yè)正在經(jīng)歷一場行業(yè)性的洗牌整合。 面對競爭,中小型葉片企業(yè)逐步退出市場,而各大型風(fēng)電葉片企業(yè)則通過新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)和葉片質(zhì)量的提升來增加市場競爭力。風(fēng)電葉片新產(chǎn)品的試制工程項目是風(fēng)電葉片企業(yè)推出新產(chǎn)品的必經(jīng)之路,重視和加強項目的質(zhì)量管理工作,不僅是本次試制工程項目成功的保障,也是未來批量化生產(chǎn)的前提,更是全面提升企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理水平的需要。風(fēng)電葉片新產(chǎn)品試制過程不僅需要投入巨大的成本,而且由于風(fēng)電葉片產(chǎn)品的主要構(gòu)成是玻璃鋼復(fù)合材料,即產(chǎn)品形成過程不可逆,因此必須對試制全過程分階段進(jìn)行有效的目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向型的質(zhì)量管理。 本文以風(fēng)力發(fā)電葉片的生產(chǎn)企業(yè)W公司為背景,以新型兆瓦級風(fēng)力發(fā)電機配套的R型風(fēng)電葉片的試制工程項目作為研究項目,運用項目質(zhì)量管理的理論和方法對該試制項目的質(zhì)量控制及管理進(jìn)行深入研究,并開展各項質(zhì)量管理工作。首先,對R型風(fēng)電葉片的試制工程項目做出說明,包括項目的背景即前期準(zhǔn)備、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、關(guān)鍵過程等;其次,明確了R型風(fēng)電葉片試制工程項目的整體目標(biāo)和質(zhì)量目標(biāo),并對試制項目的質(zhì)量目標(biāo)進(jìn)行分解并提出明確的階段性質(zhì)量目標(biāo)和質(zhì)量檢測標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提出將質(zhì)量目標(biāo)進(jìn)行分階段量化管理,并提出質(zhì)量管理計劃;第三,對R型風(fēng)電葉片試制工程項目的全過程質(zhì)量控制進(jìn)行研究并制定可行的質(zhì)量管理方法和質(zhì)量檢查標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對試制全過程分階段進(jìn)行質(zhì)量控制;最后,采用“專家評價法”對本次試制項目的質(zhì)量管理情況進(jìn)行評價,,對評價結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析并提出改進(jìn)建議。 本文的研究不僅為其他風(fēng)電葉片新產(chǎn)品試制工程項目的質(zhì)量管理提供了的范本,也為企業(yè)其他質(zhì)量管理工作提供了依據(jù)和參考。對風(fēng)電葉片新產(chǎn)品試制工程項目質(zhì)量管理方法及評價方法的不斷改進(jìn)將使得企業(yè)試制項目的質(zhì)量管理工作有據(jù)可依、更加規(guī)范,更大程度的保證新產(chǎn)品試制項目的成功,幫助風(fēng)電葉片企業(yè)從容不迫地開展新產(chǎn)品試制工程項目的質(zhì)量管理工作。
[Abstract]:China has a large reserve of wind energy, wide distribution and great potential for development and utilization. The country has listed wind power as a strategic emerging industry, and wind turbine blades are an important part of wind turbines. It plays a decisive role in the normal operation and power generation of wind turbine. However, the huge market prospect and positive policy encourage the development of wind power related industries, including wind turbine industry, and other supporting industries. At present, the wind power blade industry has entered a serious state of overcapacity, and the competition of wind power blade enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. The wind power blade industry in China is experiencing an industry reshuffle and integration. In the face of competition, the small and medium-sized blade enterprises gradually withdraw from the market, while the large wind turbine blade enterprises increase the market competitiveness through the development of new products and the improvement of blade quality. The trial production project of new products of wind turbine blade is the only way for wind power blade enterprises to launch new products. Paying attention to and strengthening the quality management of the project is not only the guarantee of the success of the trial production project, but also the premise of batch production in the future. It is also the need to improve the quality management level of enterprises. The trial production process of new wind turbine blade product not only requires huge cost, but also because the main composition of wind turbine blade product is fiberglass composite material, that is, the forming process of wind turbine blade is irreversible. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out effective goal-oriented quality management for the whole process of trial production in stages. In this paper, based on the background of W Company, the production enterprise of wind turbine blade, the pilot project of R type wind turbine blade with new type megawatt wind turbine generator is taken as the research project. The theory and method of project quality management are used to deeply study the quality control and management of the pilot project, and to carry out various quality management work. First of all, the trial production project of R type wind turbine blade is explained, including the background of the project, that is, pre-preparation, organization structure, key process, etc. Secondly, the overall goal and quality goal of R type wind turbine blade trial production project are defined. The quality target of the trial production project is decomposed, and a clear stage quality target and quality inspection standard are put forward, and the quality target is managed by stages, and the quality management plan is put forward. The whole process quality control of R type wind turbine blade trial production project is studied, and the feasible quality management method and quality inspection standard are worked out, and the whole process of trial production is controlled in stages. The quality management of the pilot project is evaluated by the expert evaluation method. The evaluation results are analyzed and some suggestions for improvement are put forward. The research in this paper not only provides a model for the quality management of other wind turbine blade new products trial production project, but also provides the basis and reference for other enterprise quality management work. The continuous improvement of the quality management method and evaluation method of the new product trial production project of wind turbine blade will make the quality management work of the enterprise trial production project be based on evidence, more standardized, and ensure the success of the new product trial production project to a greater extent. To help wind turbine blade enterprises to carry out the quality management of the new product trial-production project in a leisurely manner.
