【摘要】：在江田鎮(zhèn)列為全省綜合改革試點(diǎn)鎮(zhèn)后,各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和相關(guān)部門對(duì)江田鎮(zhèn)未來的發(fā)展高度重視,江田鎮(zhèn)面臨新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。鎮(zhèn)區(qū)內(nèi)電力負(fù)荷將迅速增長(zhǎng),為滿足地區(qū)開發(fā)建設(shè)的電力需求,確保地區(qū)的電力設(shè)施合理布局,保證系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)的完善性,同時(shí)控制電力設(shè)施和線路路徑用地的合理儲(chǔ)備,迫切需要對(duì)片區(qū)電力網(wǎng)進(jìn)行高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、全方位的規(guī)劃和建設(shè)。本次配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃范圍是江田鎮(zhèn)鎮(zhèn)域范圍,首先分析江田鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展概況,通過對(duì)江田鎮(zhèn)配電網(wǎng)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)江田鎮(zhèn)中低壓配電網(wǎng)存在的問題。根據(jù)江田鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,以及2008至2012年負(fù)荷和電量數(shù)據(jù),分別采用分區(qū)人均用電量法、線性回歸法、灰色模型法、增長(zhǎng)率法對(duì)江田鎮(zhèn)進(jìn)行用電量預(yù)測(cè),分別采用線性回歸法、灰色系統(tǒng)理論法、自然增長(zhǎng)率法、分區(qū)空間負(fù)荷密度法等對(duì)江田鎮(zhèn)進(jìn)行負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè),得出江田鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃各期配電網(wǎng)供電量及供電負(fù)荷,根據(jù)預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果以及現(xiàn)狀電網(wǎng)存在的問題提出各期的改造及規(guī)劃方案,在規(guī)劃方案中涉及到一系列的設(shè)備選型問題,在規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中給出盡可能多的設(shè)備選型方案,并進(jìn)行費(fèi)用估算、分析,結(jié)合考慮設(shè)備的安全性和可靠性,從而選擇最佳方案作為規(guī)劃的最終方案。本文通過對(duì)長(zhǎng)樂市江田小城鎮(zhèn)變電站布點(diǎn)、配電網(wǎng)網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu),配電網(wǎng)設(shè)備情況等進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)江田鎮(zhèn)電網(wǎng)中存在的不足。根據(jù)江田鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)及社會(huì)發(fā)展概況和城鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃定位,通過分析江田鎮(zhèn)負(fù)荷增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)和負(fù)荷特性,采用多種方法對(duì)江田鎮(zhèn)的負(fù)荷和電量作出預(yù)測(cè),結(jié)合負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果,確定近、中、遠(yuǎn)期各規(guī)劃水平年電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案,并對(duì)規(guī)劃方案進(jìn)行技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析,確保優(yōu)化的規(guī)劃方案在技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)上的可行性。通過規(guī)劃、建設(shè)和改造,江田電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)和布局總體得到了優(yōu)化,保證了供電可靠性和供電質(zhì)量,為社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展提供有力的電力支持。
[Abstract]:After Jiangtian Town was listed as a pilot town for comprehensive reform in the whole province, leaders at all levels and relevant departments attached great importance to the future development of Jiangtian Town, and Jiangtian Town faced new development opportunities. The electric load in the township will increase rapidly. In order to meet the power demand of the development and construction of the area, to ensure the reasonable layout of the power facilities in the area, to ensure the perfection of the system structure, and to control the reasonable reserve of the power facilities and the land for the route of the line, There is an urgent need for high-standard and all-round planning and construction of the power grid in the region. The distribution network planning scope is the area of Jiangtian town. Firstly, the general situation of economic and social development of Jiangtian town is analyzed. Through the analysis of the present situation of Jiangtian distribution network, the problems of Jiangtian medium and low voltage distribution network are found. According to the economic and social development of Jiangtian Town, and the load and electricity data from 2008 to 2012, the paper uses the method of per capita electricity consumption in the district, the linear regression method, the grey model method, and the growth rate method to forecast the electricity consumption of Jiangtian Town, respectively. By using linear regression method, grey system theory method, natural growth rate method and zonal spatial load density method to forecast the load of Jiangtian Town, the power supply and load of distribution network in each phase of Jiangtian Town Planning are obtained. According to the forecast results and the problems existing in the current power network, the transformation and planning schemes in each period are put forward. In the planning scheme, a series of equipment selection problems are involved, and as many equipment selection schemes as possible are given in the planning and design. Cost estimation, analysis, and safety and reliability of the equipment are considered to select the best scheme as the final plan. Based on the analysis of substation distribution network structure and distribution network equipment in Jiangtian small town of Changle City the paper finds out the shortcomings of Jiangtian power network. According to the general situation of economic and social development of Jiangtian Town and the orientation of town planning, through analyzing the load growth trend and load characteristics of Jiangtian Town, using various methods to forecast the load and electricity quantity of Jiangtian Town, combined with the result of load forecasting, the paper determines the near and middle, In order to ensure the technical and economic feasibility of the optimized planning scheme, the annual power network planning plan of the long-term planning level is analyzed in terms of technology and economy. Through planning, construction and reconstruction, the structure and layout of Jiangtian power network are optimized, which ensures the reliability and quality of power supply, and provides powerful power support for the development of social economy.
