配電系統(tǒng)多功能電力電子變壓器的研究

【摘要】:隨著社會經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展電力系統(tǒng)規(guī)模越來越大、新能源并網(wǎng)比重逐漸上升、各類非線性負荷、精密儀器和敏感負荷被同時大量應(yīng)用,正是此種形勢下用戶對供電安全性可靠性以及電能質(zhì)量的要求越來越高。配電變壓器是最靠近用戶的一種供電設(shè)備,固其運行穩(wěn)定性、供電質(zhì)量以及經(jīng)濟指標(biāo)都會直接影響著用電設(shè)備的工作情況。傳統(tǒng)變壓器電壓等級高、容量大且工藝發(fā)展成熟,但在發(fā)展過程中功能始終沒變即變壓、隔離和功率傳輸,因此難以滿足用戶對電能質(zhì)量提出的更高要求。隨著電力電子變壓器(Power Electronic Transformer,簡稱PET)的出現(xiàn)為解決以上問題帶來了新思路。PET不但具有傳統(tǒng)變壓器的所有功能,而且體積小重量輕、能抑制電壓波動、電力諧波和短路故障等的雙向傳播,對電能質(zhì)量起到極大的改善作用。PET同時兼有交、直流環(huán)節(jié)還能與FACTS裝置相結(jié)合,其自身的特點使其具有處理當(dāng)前電網(wǎng)出現(xiàn)的各種電能質(zhì)量問題的潛能,固PET的研究對建設(shè)綠色電網(wǎng)和智能電網(wǎng)有著十分重要的理論意義和應(yīng)用價值。本文首先總結(jié)國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn);第二,介紹PET基本工作原理并對典型拓撲結(jié)構(gòu)進行剖析,此外提出一種新型PET拓撲結(jié)構(gòu)即PET單、三相混合供電拓撲結(jié)構(gòu);第三,推導(dǎo)數(shù)學(xué)模型并介紹PET控制方式;第四,分別介紹PET主要元件及其設(shè)計原理;第五,用PSCAD建立三相PET和新型拓撲結(jié)構(gòu)模型:PET單、三相混合供電模型,并進行典型仿真試驗和分析,仿真得到了較理想的結(jié)果充分驗證了配電網(wǎng)PET對電能質(zhì)量巨大的改善作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the scale of electric power system is getting larger and larger, the proportion of new energy connected to grid is rising gradually, all kinds of nonlinear load, precision instrument and sensitive load are applied in a large number at the same time. It is precisely under this situation that users demand more and more high power supply security, reliability and power quality. Distribution transformer is a kind of power supply equipment closest to the user. The stability of operation, the quality of power supply and the economic index will directly affect the working condition of the equipment. Traditional transformers have high voltage grade, large capacity and mature process development, but their functions have not changed in the process of development, that is, voltage transformation, isolation and power transmission, so it is difficult to meet the higher requirements of power quality put forward by users. With the emergence of (Power Electronic Transformer, for power electronic transformers, it brings a new idea to solve the above problems. Pet not only has all the functions of traditional transformers, but also has small size and light weight, which can restrain voltage fluctuation. The bidirectional propagation of power harmonic and short circuit faults can greatly improve the power quality. Pet has the function of both AC and DC, and the DC link can also be combined with the FACTS device. Its own characteristics make it have the potential to deal with all kinds of power quality problems which appear in the current power grid. The research of solid PET has very important theoretical significance and application value for the construction of green power grid and smart grid. This paper first summarizes the current research at home and abroad; second, introduces the basic working principle of PET and analyzes the typical topology, in addition, puts forward a new type of PET topology, that is, PET single-phase, three-phase hybrid power supply topology. The mathematical model is derived and the control mode of PET is introduced. Fourthly, the main components and their design principles of PET are introduced respectively. Fifthly, the three-phase PET and the new topology model of one-phase, three-phase hybrid power supply are established by using PSCAD. The simulation results show that the distribution network PET can improve the power quality greatly.
