【摘要】：本文以某2×600MW火電機(jī)組為例，對(duì)其模擬量控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究，在常規(guī)控制方案的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行細(xì)節(jié)上的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，并在系統(tǒng)邏輯中得到實(shí)現(xiàn)，著重對(duì)協(xié)調(diào)控制系統(tǒng)的原理、控制方案和閉環(huán)邏輯等進(jìn)行了深入剖析，也對(duì)燃燒控制系統(tǒng)、汽溫控制系統(tǒng)和給水控制系統(tǒng)等給予了重點(diǎn)關(guān)注并對(duì)關(guān)鍵控制方案進(jìn)行了闡述。具體控制回路包括單元機(jī)組負(fù)荷控制回路、RB回路、鍋爐主控回路、汽機(jī)主控回路、燃料主控回路等。相關(guān)回路經(jīng)調(diào)試投入運(yùn)行后，機(jī)組的負(fù)荷適應(yīng)能力得到有效改善。給出了部分控制系統(tǒng)的建議繼續(xù)優(yōu)化的策略。
[Abstract]:This paper takes a 2 x600MW thermal power unit as an example to study its analog control system. Based on the conventional control scheme, the detailed optimization design is carried out and realized in the system logic. The principle, control scheme and closed-loop logic of the coordinated control system are analyzed in detail. The combustion control system and steam temperature are also discussed. The control system and feed water control system have been paid more attention to and the key control schemes have been expounded. The specific control loops include load control loops, RB loops, boiler main control loops, turbine main control loops, fuel main control loops and so on. Improvement. Some strategies for controlling the system are given.
