離子液體中釹鐵硼磁體電鍍鋅研究

【摘要】:采用尿素-NaBr-KBr-甲酰胺-ZnCl2離子液體作為鍍液在釹鐵硼磁體表面電鍍鋅,包括基體前處理工藝和鍍后處理工藝,考察了添加劑、供電方式等對(duì)鍍層形貌和耐腐蝕性的影響,通過(guò)中性鹽霧試驗(yàn)、SEM、XRD等對(duì)鍍層進(jìn)行測(cè)試表征。結(jié)果表明:在電流密度1 A/dm2,溫度30℃,電鍍時(shí)間20 min磁力攪拌條件下,當(dāng)添加劑的量為10 mL·L-1時(shí)采用脈沖電鍍電源實(shí)施電鍍,得到的鍍層光亮致密均勻,耐腐性能好。此方法為釹鐵硼磁體電鍍鋅提供了一種新思路。
[Abstract]:Using urea-NaBr-KBr-formamide-ZnCl _ 2 ionic liquid as plating solution, zinc was electroplated on the surface of NdFeB magnets, including pretreatment process and post-plating process.
