基于多因素耦合變工況理論的汽輪機(jī)組節(jié)能診斷技術(shù)的研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:根據(jù)等效熱降原理、基準(zhǔn)值理論和耦合變工況理論,提出了多因素影響的汽輪機(jī)組節(jié)能改造經(jīng)濟(jì)性診斷方法,基于上述理論研發(fā)了汽輪機(jī)組節(jié)能診斷分析軟件模型,并以330MW機(jī)組為計(jì)算實(shí)例,驗(yàn)證了理論及軟件在節(jié)能診斷工作中的實(shí)用性。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,該方法能有效分析機(jī)組的節(jié)能潛力大小、分布和場(chǎng)所,為機(jī)組的合理運(yùn)行和節(jié)能改造提供了客觀依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:According to the principle of equivalent heat drop, the theory of reference value and the theory of coupling variable working condition, the economic diagnosis method of energy saving retrofit of steam turbine unit affected by many factors is put forward. Based on the above theory, a software model for energy saving diagnosis and analysis of steam turbine unit is developed. Taking 330MW unit as an example, the practicability of theory and software in energy saving diagnosis is verified. The experimental results show that this method can effectively analyze the energy saving potential, distribution and location of the unit, and provide an objective basis for the rational operation and energy saving transformation of the unit.
