永磁同步電機重載起動下的無速度傳感器控制

【摘要】:針對內(nèi)嵌式永磁同步電機無速度傳感器控制下的重載起動問題,提出了基于相位滯后補償?shù)母哳l旋轉(zhuǎn)電壓信號注入法,設(shè)計了精確觀測模型,并對數(shù)字濾波器產(chǎn)生的相位滯后進(jìn)行了準(zhǔn)確補償。該方法將永磁同步電機的無速度傳感器控制的應(yīng)用范圍擴展到了零速和低速范圍。仿真結(jié)果表明,提出的新觀測器可以準(zhǔn)確觀測轉(zhuǎn)子位置,起動瞬間就可以獲得大的電磁轉(zhuǎn)矩,實現(xiàn)了永磁同步電機無傳感器控制下的重載起動。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the heavy load starting problem of embedded permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) without speed sensor control, a high frequency rotation voltage signal injection method based on phase lag compensation is proposed, and an accurate observation model is designed. The phase lag generated by digital filter is compensated accurately. This method extends the speed sensorless control of PMSM to zero speed and low speed range. The simulation results show that the proposed new observer can accurately observe the rotor position and obtain a large electromagnetic torque at the moment of starting, and realize the heavy-load starting of the permanent magnet synchronous motor under sensorless control.
