定子永磁式雙轉(zhuǎn)子電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:提出一種應(yīng)用于混合動(dòng)力汽車驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的新型定子永磁式雙轉(zhuǎn)子電機(jī),即將雙轉(zhuǎn)子電機(jī)概念與永磁磁通切換電機(jī)相結(jié)合,以獲得高轉(zhuǎn)矩密度、低轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)及高功率密度,滿足混合動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)對(duì)于小型輕量化及平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行的需求。本文對(duì)新型定子永磁式磁通切換雙轉(zhuǎn)子電機(jī)的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)及其混合動(dòng)力驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的工作原理進(jìn)行了介紹,詳細(xì)分析了內(nèi)外電機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)方法及基于轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)最小的尺寸優(yōu)化,并利用有限元方法對(duì)電機(jī)電磁性能進(jìn)行了仿真。仿真表明了電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的合理性,通過原理樣機(jī)實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)驗(yàn)證了電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的有效性,并顯示了內(nèi)外電機(jī)具有的快速響應(yīng)性能,說明此結(jié)構(gòu)雙轉(zhuǎn)子電機(jī)可有效提高轉(zhuǎn)矩密度,減小轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng),通過合理設(shè)計(jì)能滿足HEV應(yīng)用功率需求。
[Abstract]:A new type of stator permanent magnet double-rotor motor applied to the drive system of hybrid electric vehicle is proposed, which combines the concept of double-rotor motor with permanent magnet flux switching motor to obtain high torque density, low torque ripple and high power density. To meet the needs of the hybrid power system for small lightweight and smooth operation. In this paper, the topology of a new stator permanent magnet flux-switched double-rotor motor and the working principle of hybrid drive system are introduced. The design method of internal and external motor and the dimension optimization based on minimum torque ripple are analyzed in detail. The electromagnetic performance of the motor is simulated by finite element method. The simulation results show the rationality of the motor design, the validity of the motor design is verified by the measured data of the principle prototype, and the fast response performance of the internal and external motor is shown. It is shown that the double rotor motor with this structure can effectively increase the torque density. The torque ripple can be reduced and the power requirement of HEV can be satisfied by reasonable design.
