基于GPS的輸電線路巡視系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)

【摘要】:輸電線路是將發(fā)電站與變電站、變電站與變電站、變電站與用電設(shè)備(用戶)之間建立電氣聯(lián)系的部分,是電力系統(tǒng)重要組成部分。定期對(duì)輸電線路進(jìn)行巡視是輸電線路運(yùn)行中的一項(xiàng)常規(guī)工作。巡視的目的是為了掌握線路的運(yùn)行狀況,需要及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)輸電設(shè)備的缺陷和危及線路安全運(yùn)行的隱患,從而保證輸電線路的安全運(yùn)行。本課題從德陽供電公司輸電線路的巡視工作出發(fā),分析公司原有輸電線路巡視工作開展中存在五類問題影響到輸電線路的巡視質(zhì)量,目前國內(nèi)外輸電線路巡視管理開展的狀況,提出了基于GPS的輸電線路巡視系統(tǒng)的研究和設(shè)計(jì)。該輸電線路巡視系統(tǒng)主要是通過掌上電腦(PDA)和PC客服端利用全球定位系統(tǒng)(GPS)、地理信息系統(tǒng)(GIS)和GPRS數(shù)據(jù)交換,來實(shí)現(xiàn)野外巡視無紙化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化作業(yè),從而提高輸電線路巡視質(zhì)量。本文介紹了該系統(tǒng)主要應(yīng)用到的相關(guān)技術(shù),全球定位系統(tǒng)、地理信息系統(tǒng)和系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)平臺(tái),確定以Android操作系統(tǒng)的PDA。從輸電線路巡視系統(tǒng)巡視功能和系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)組成及巡視的工作流程進(jìn)行需求分析。對(duì)輸電線路巡視系統(tǒng)地理數(shù)據(jù)庫、輸電線路設(shè)備建模、系統(tǒng)的PC端(后臺(tái))及PDA端進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。PDA端實(shí)現(xiàn)了基準(zhǔn)定位、線路標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化巡視、缺陷采集、線路檢測(cè)等功能,后臺(tái)管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)維護(hù)、巡視任務(wù)管理、線路臺(tái)賬管理、輸電線路缺陷管理等功能。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)完成后在德陽供電公司輸電線路巡視工作中進(jìn)行了部分功能測(cè)試,能夠滿足日常巡視要求;贕PS的輸電線路巡視系統(tǒng)已在國網(wǎng)德陽供電公司輸電線路上應(yīng)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:Transmission line is the part of electric connection between power station and substation, substation and substation, substation and electric equipment (user). It is an important part of power system. It is a routine work of transmission line to inspect the transmission line regularly. The purpose of inspection is to master the running condition of the line. In order to find out the defects of the transmission equipment and endanger the hidden danger of the safe operation of the line, it can ensure the safe operation of the transmission line. From the inspection work of the transmission line of Deyang power supply company, this paper analyzes the existing five kinds of problems existing in the inspection of the original transmission line in the company, which affect the inspection quality of the transmission lines, and now the domestic and foreign transmission lines have been lost. The research and design of the transmission line inspection system based on GPS is proposed in this paper. The inspection system of the transmission line is mainly through the use of the global positioning system (GPS), the geographic information system (GIS) and the GPRS number exchange through the palmtop computer (PDA) and the PC customer service terminal, so as to realize the paperless inspection of the field patrol and the standardized operation. In order to improve the quality of the transmission line inspection, this paper introduces the related technologies mainly applied to the system, the global positioning system, the geographic information system and the development platform of the system, and determines the requirement analysis of the Android operating system's PDA. from the inspection function of the transmission line inspection system and the structure of the system and the working flow of the patrol. The geographic database of the electric line inspection system, the modeling of the transmission line equipment, the PC end (background) and the PDA end of the system have been designed to implement the function of datum positioning, line standardization patrol, defect collection, line detection and so on. The background management system realizes system maintenance, patrol task management, line ledger management, transmission line defect management and so on. After the system design is completed, some functional tests have been carried out in the inspection of the transmission line of Deyang power supply company, which can meet the daily inspection requirements. The GPS based transmission line inspection system has been applied to the transmission line of Deyang power supply company of the national network, realizing the smooth operation of the system.
