【摘要】：通過(guò)對(duì)TCSC結(jié)構(gòu)和故障模式分析,構(gòu)建了TCSC及其子模塊的可靠性框圖,計(jì)及部件冗余配置討論了子模塊可靠性;深入分析了TCSC的電抗隨電流而變化的運(yùn)行特性,基于此提出了一種計(jì)及TCSC視在電抗約束的線路可靠性模型;根據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)運(yùn)行條件下故障率參數(shù)的時(shí)變特性,應(yīng)用馬爾可夫理論推導(dǎo)了TCSC核心部件以及整個(gè)線路的狀態(tài)概率計(jì)算公式,并基于運(yùn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)理論建立了條件相關(guān)的故障率模型,該模型定量考慮了負(fù)荷隨機(jī)波動(dòng)、元件老化以及氣溫變化對(duì)元件可靠性的影響。通過(guò)對(duì)RBTS測(cè)試系統(tǒng)可靠性的計(jì)算分析,驗(yàn)證了所提模型的有效性和正確性。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of TCSC structure and fault mode, the reliability block diagram of TCSC and its sub-modules is constructed, and the reliability of sub-modules is discussed considering the redundant configuration of components, and the operating characteristics of TCSC's reactance varying with current are analyzed in depth. Based on this, a line reliability model with TCSC apparent reactance constraints is proposed, and the time-varying characteristics of failure rate parameters under real-time operation conditions are analyzed. The state probability formula of TCSC core components and the whole line is derived by using Markov theory. A conditional dependent failure rate model is established based on the operational risk theory. The stochastic load fluctuation is quantitatively considered in the model. The effect of element aging and temperature change on component reliability. The validity and correctness of the proposed model are verified by calculating and analyzing the reliability of the RBTS test system.
