復雜配電網的合環(huán)分析與調控措施研究

【摘要】:在電力系統(tǒng)中,配電網是與電力用戶關系最為緊密的部分,其供電可靠性問題是電網公司和電力用戶都比較關注的問題。當配電網的某些線路需要檢修或出現故障要進行倒負荷時,可通過合環(huán)操作來實現以避免電力用戶的短時停電,但是合環(huán)操作也可能會影響到電力系統(tǒng)的安全穩(wěn)定運行,因為在此過程中可能會產生較大的穩(wěn)態(tài)電流和沖擊電流。 本文首先介紹了配電網合環(huán)的概念并將合環(huán)操作進行了模式分類,同時指明了在合環(huán)過程中產生合環(huán)電流的主要原因,并對配電網在執(zhí)行合環(huán)操作時所需滿足的一些首要前提進行了說明。 準確的合環(huán)電流計算是合環(huán)操作能夠得以安全進行的重要前提,因此本文通過對外部系統(tǒng)進行等值建立了簡化的配電網合環(huán)操作模型,,然后在此模型基礎上對合環(huán)電流的的計算方法進行了研究。此外本文通過數學表達式的推導研究了影響合環(huán)電流產生的關鍵因素,同時以PSASP為平臺對某地電網的合環(huán)進行了仿真,驗證了合環(huán)點電壓幅值差和相角差對合環(huán)電流的影響。同時對配電網合環(huán)能否安全進行的判斷條件進行了研究,在此基礎了提出了減小合環(huán)電流的一些調整措施且對其靈敏度進行了計算,并利用PSASP仿真工具對各種調控措施的實際效果進行了仿真驗證。 最后,本文結合某地油田電網的實際情況分析了其合環(huán)電流易越限的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),并給出了相對應的調整措施,對該油田電網的經濟效益和社會效益產生了積極的影響。
[Abstract]:In the power system, the distribution network is the most closely related to the power users, its power supply reliability issues are concerned by both the power grid companies and power users. When some lines of the distribution network need to be overhauled or faulty, they can be realized by closed loop operation to avoid short term power outages, but the closed loop operation may also affect the safe and stable operation of the power system. In this process, large steady current and impulse current may be generated. This paper first introduces the concept of closed loop in distribution network and classifies the mode of closed loop operation. At the same time, it points out the main reasons for producing closed loop current in the process of closing loop. Some primary prerequisites for distribution network to be satisfied in the operation of closed loop operation are also explained. Accurate calculation of closed loop current is an important prerequisite for safe operation of closed loop operation, so a simplified closed loop operation model of distribution network is established by equivalent of external system. Then the calculation method of involutive loop current is studied on the basis of the model. In addition, the paper studies the key factors that affect the generation of loop current through the derivation of mathematical expression. At the same time, the paper simulates the loop of a local power network on the platform of PSASP, and verifies the influence of voltage amplitude difference and phase angle difference on the current of the closed loop. At the same time, the judging conditions of the safety of the closed loop in the distribution network are studied. On this basis, some adjustment measures to reduce the closing current are put forward and the sensitivity is calculated. The PSASP simulation tool is used to verify the actual effect of various control measures. Finally, combined with the actual situation of a certain oilfield power network, this paper analyzes the weak link of its closed loop current easily overrunning, and gives the corresponding adjustment measures, which have a positive impact on the economic and social benefits of the oil field grid.
