【摘要】:“十二五”期間,我國國民經(jīng)濟經(jīng)歷著快速的增長,人民生活水平大大提高,企業(yè)以及居民對供電可靠性和電能質(zhì)量都有著更高要求。電力系統(tǒng)發(fā)生短路引起的停電以及電網(wǎng)運行時的電壓不穩(wěn)定都會影響電能質(zhì)量,進而造成經(jīng)濟效益降低,所以在電網(wǎng)建設(shè)和技改中,用電單位對配電自動化提出了更高要求。配電自動化是通過二次設(shè)備對配電網(wǎng)進行遠程實時監(jiān)控的集成系統(tǒng),它是近年來電力技術(shù)研究的新興領(lǐng)域,有力體現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)代計算機和通信技術(shù)在配網(wǎng)自動化中的發(fā)展和改進。本文對國內(nèi)外典型配電自動化應(yīng)用的現(xiàn)狀及問題進行探討,總結(jié)出配電自動化的發(fā)展趨勢。通過分析臺州配電網(wǎng)配電自動化工作的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,并遵循“統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃、分步實施、合理分配、信息共享”的原則,確定了臺州配電自動化規(guī)劃的總體目標。結(jié)合臺州市配網(wǎng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從配電自動化結(jié)構(gòu)、主站系統(tǒng)、通信系統(tǒng)及饋線自動化等方面對臺州電網(wǎng)配電自動化系統(tǒng)進行了深入研究,并提出了臺州配電自動化的按期建設(shè)計劃和方案,最后對臺州配電自動化系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展進行了展望。通過配電自動化正確合理的規(guī)劃,大幅提高供電可靠性,降低電網(wǎng)有功損耗,提升自動化水平和管理效率,給電網(wǎng)公司和用戶贏得良好的效益。
[Abstract]:During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the national economy of our country has experienced rapid growth, people's living standard has been greatly improved, enterprises and residents have higher requirements for the reliability and quality of power supply. The power failure caused by short circuit and the voltage instability in the operation of the power system will affect the power quality, which will lead to the reduction of economic benefits. Therefore, in the construction and technical reform of the power network, the power unit has put forward higher requirements for distribution automation. Distribution automation is an integrated system for remote real-time monitoring of distribution network through secondary equipment. It is a new field of power technology research in recent years. It has embodied the development and improvement of modern computer and communication technology in distribution automation. In this paper, the current situation and problems of typical distribution automation applications at home and abroad are discussed, and the development trend of distribution automation is summarized. By analyzing the present situation and existing problems of distribution automation in Taizhou distribution network, and following the principle of "unified planning, step by step implementation, reasonable distribution and information sharing", the overall goal of Taizhou distribution automation planning is determined. According to the present situation of distribution network in Taizhou City, the distribution automation system of Taizhou power network is studied from the following aspects: distribution automation structure, main station system, communication system and feeder automation, etc. The construction plan and plan of Taizhou distribution automation are put forward. Finally, the development of Taizhou distribution automation system is prospected. Through the correct and reasonable planning of distribution automation, the reliability of power supply is greatly improved, the active power loss of power grid is reduced, the level of automation and management efficiency is improved, and good benefits are obtained for power grid companies and users.
