【摘要】:針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)單環(huán)網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)無(wú)法滿足城市重點(diǎn)地區(qū)供電可靠性要求,同時(shí)雙環(huán)網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)在舊城區(qū)難以實(shí)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,提出基于環(huán)間聯(lián)絡(luò)和配電自動(dòng)化的配電網(wǎng)設(shè)計(jì)方案。環(huán)間聯(lián)絡(luò)表示在2回電纜環(huán)網(wǎng)之間增設(shè)1路備用聯(lián)絡(luò)線的網(wǎng)架優(yōu)化方案。通過(guò)概率分布建模和計(jì)算,研究了環(huán)間聯(lián)絡(luò)線對(duì)負(fù)荷轉(zhuǎn)移能力的影響?紤]聯(lián)絡(luò)線效用、重要負(fù)荷保障、投資建設(shè)成本3個(gè)因素,討論了聯(lián)絡(luò)線落點(diǎn)位置的選擇原則。為充分發(fā)揮環(huán)間聯(lián)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的負(fù)荷轉(zhuǎn)移能力優(yōu)勢(shì),并降低故障處理時(shí)長(zhǎng),提出集中式和分布式協(xié)調(diào)配合的配電自動(dòng)化設(shè)計(jì)方案,包括詳細(xì)動(dòng)作邏輯。最后,基于樣本停電數(shù)據(jù)的可靠性分析結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了本設(shè)計(jì)方案的有效性,并比較了網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和配電自動(dòng)化各自的應(yīng)用效果和投資回報(bào)率。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the traditional single ring network structure can not meet the demand of power supply reliability in the key areas of the city and that it is difficult to realize the double ring network structure in the old urban area, a distribution network design scheme based on interring connection and distribution automation is put forward. The connection between rings represents the optimal scheme of adding one standby tie line between the two loop networks. The influence of interring tie lines on load transfer capacity is studied by probability distribution modeling and calculation. Considering three factors, such as tie-line utility, important load guarantee and investment construction cost, the selection principle of landing location of tie-line is discussed. In order to give full play to the advantages of the load transfer capability of the inter-ring connection structure and reduce the time of fault processing, a centralized and distributed coordinated distribution automation design scheme, including detailed action logic, is proposed. Finally, the reliability analysis results based on sample outage data verify the effectiveness of the design scheme, and compare the application effect and return on investment of grid structure optimization and distribution automation.
