【摘要】：通過分析機(jī)床負(fù)載的運(yùn)動(dòng)情況,在給定絲桿加速度與運(yùn)行總時(shí)間的前提下從慣量匹配、負(fù)載轉(zhuǎn)矩以及預(yù)防電機(jī)頻繁啟動(dòng)過熱等角度對(duì)切削機(jī)床進(jìn)給驅(qū)動(dòng)伺服電機(jī)的基本選型方法進(jìn)行了介紹,并給出了計(jì)算方法與計(jì)算過程,同時(shí)也對(duì)伺服電機(jī)各項(xiàng)工作參數(shù)的計(jì)算注意事項(xiàng)以及選型原則進(jìn)行了闡述。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the movement of the load of the machine tool, the moment of inertia is matched under the premise of the acceleration of the wire rod and the total running time. In this paper, the basic selection method of feed drive servo motor for cutting machine is introduced from the angle of load torque and preventing motor overheating frequently, and the calculation method and calculation process are given. At the same time, the working parameters of servo motor are calculated and discussed.
