高壓直流復合絕緣子表面電荷檢測裝置的研制

【摘要】:為了研究高壓直流復合絕緣子表面電荷積聚現(xiàn)象,研制了一套新型的可用于傘裙結(jié)構(gòu)絕緣子的表面電荷檢測裝置。裝置使用改進的電容探頭,通過GPRS無線通訊方式進行數(shù)據(jù)傳輸,并借助于LabVIEW軟件進行數(shù)據(jù)處理;設(shè)計了機械控制裝置來帶動探頭對絕緣子進行360°精確掃描。此裝置可以實現(xiàn)復合絕緣子傘裙和護套表面的自動精確測量。測量結(jié)果表明,在陰極端第1個傘裙表面電荷積聚量相對較大,且主要為負電荷。分析表明,傘裙表面電荷來源主要是電極附近的局部放電。
[Abstract]:In order to study the surface charge accumulation of HVDC composite insulators, a new type of surface charge detection device which can be used in parachute insulators is developed. The device uses an improved capacitance probe to transmit data through GPRS wireless communication, and uses LabVIEW soft parts to process data. A mechanical control device is designed. This device can carry out the accurate scanning of the insulators by 360 degrees. This device can realize the automatic and accurate measurement of the surface of the umbrella skirt and the sheath of the composite insulators. The measurement results show that the amount of the charge accumulation on the surface of the first parachute skirts is relatively large and mainly negative. The analysis shows that the surface charge source of the parachute skirt is mainly the local area near the electrode. Discharge.
