基于需求響應(yīng)的家庭用電負(fù)荷控制策略研究

【摘要】:隨著電力改革的逐步深入,打破壟斷、引入良好的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)機(jī)制、優(yōu)化電網(wǎng)的資源配置、提高電力市場(chǎng)的運(yùn)行效率成為我國(guó)電力改革的方向。一個(gè)發(fā)展良好的電力市場(chǎng)必不可少的是需求側(cè)的電價(jià)反饋。微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)理論指出,當(dāng)價(jià)格由供需兩側(cè)共同決定的時(shí)候,,市場(chǎng)的收益最大,因此未來(lái)電網(wǎng)引入需求響應(yīng)機(jī)制是必然的。需求響應(yīng)項(xiàng)目鼓勵(lì)用戶積極參與電網(wǎng)的管理,對(duì)需求響應(yīng)信號(hào)做出積極的響應(yīng),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)維護(hù)電力系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,解決用電高峰電力供應(yīng)不足及用電低谷電力資源利用率過(guò)低的問(wèn)題。那么普通的家庭用戶,在實(shí)施的需求響應(yīng)項(xiàng)目中應(yīng)該如何更好地根據(jù)價(jià)格信號(hào)控制家庭負(fù)荷、管理好家庭能源,從而在減少能源消耗和電價(jià)花費(fèi)的基礎(chǔ)上更進(jìn)一步的實(shí)現(xiàn)削峰填谷以及優(yōu)化資源配置,這是未來(lái)電力市場(chǎng)能否成功的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題之一。 首先,本文介紹了需求響應(yīng)的概念、實(shí)施所需的技術(shù)條件與國(guó)家現(xiàn)有的相關(guān)政策。針對(duì)我國(guó)在某些省市對(duì)大工業(yè)用戶已經(jīng)實(shí)施的需求響應(yīng)項(xiàng)目及國(guó)外現(xiàn)行較成熟的需求響應(yīng)項(xiàng)目做了詳細(xì)的研究分析。 其次,結(jié)合已有的技術(shù)條件和需求響應(yīng)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施情況,針對(duì)我國(guó)居民用戶的家用電器負(fù)荷的使用習(xí)慣,提出分時(shí)電價(jià)需求響應(yīng)項(xiàng)目。對(duì)參與該項(xiàng)目的家庭負(fù)荷進(jìn)行分類(lèi)分析,針對(duì)不同負(fù)荷的不同特點(diǎn)提出不同的控制目標(biāo)函數(shù)。根據(jù)目標(biāo)函數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)家庭能源管理優(yōu)化算法,并對(duì)該算法進(jìn)行可行性分析。 最后,在MATLAB平臺(tái)下,對(duì)不同的負(fù)荷控制目標(biāo)函數(shù),本文對(duì)家庭能源控制優(yōu)化算法進(jìn)行編程仿真驗(yàn)證。針對(duì)單用戶目標(biāo)、多用戶目標(biāo)、控制優(yōu)化算法的多個(gè)約束條件以及實(shí)施的需求響應(yīng)項(xiàng)目的價(jià)格高低等對(duì)家庭能源控制結(jié)果會(huì)產(chǎn)生影響的各種因素進(jìn)行仿真分析。仿真結(jié)果顯示本文提出的基于需求響應(yīng)的控制策略可以達(dá)到控制家庭負(fù)荷用電、優(yōu)化資源配置、削峰填谷、節(jié)約電費(fèi)的效果。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of electric power reform, breaking monopoly, introducing good competition mechanism, optimizing the distribution of power grid resources and improving the operation efficiency of power market become the direction of electric power reform in our country. A well-developed electricity market is essential for demand-side price feedback. The related theories of microeconomics point out that when the price is determined by both sides of supply and demand, the market returns the most, so it is inevitable to introduce demand response mechanism into power grid in the future. The demand response project encourages users to take an active part in the management of the power grid and to respond positively to the demand response signals, so as to maintain the stable operation of the power system. To solve the problem of insufficient peak power supply and low utilization rate of power resources. Well, in the implementation of the demand response project, the average household user should better control the household load according to the price signal, and manage the household energy well. Therefore, on the basis of reducing energy consumption and electricity price cost, we can further realize peak cutting and valley filling and optimizing resource allocation, which is one of the key problems to be successful in the future electricity market. Firstly, the concept of demand response is introduced in this paper. Implement the necessary technical conditions and the existing relevant policies of the country. This paper makes a detailed research and analysis on the demand response projects that have been implemented by large industrial users in some provinces and cities of China and the mature demand response projects in foreign countries. Secondly, combining the existing technical conditions and the implementation situation of the demand response projects, According to the usage habit of household appliance load of our country's residents, the demand response item of timesharing electricity price is put forward. The household load involved in the project is classified and analyzed, and different control objective functions are put forward according to the different characteristics of different loads. According to the objective function, the optimization algorithm of household energy management is designed, and the feasibility of the algorithm is analyzed. Finally, under the MATLAB platform, for different load control objective functions, the optimization algorithm of home energy control is verified by programming simulation. Aiming at single user target, multi-user goal, multiple constraints of control optimization algorithm and the price of implementing demand response project, this paper makes simulation and analysis on various factors that will affect the result of household energy control. The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy based on demand response can achieve the effect of controlling household load, optimizing resource allocation, cutting peak and filling valley, and saving electricity cost.
