【摘要】:效率和轉(zhuǎn)矩是影響開關(guān)磁阻電機運行的重要因素,高的工作效率及平穩(wěn)轉(zhuǎn)矩是開關(guān)磁阻電機優(yōu)良工作性能的保證。將田口試驗優(yōu)化法引入電機設(shè)計領(lǐng)域,用正交試驗法對8型立式抽油機用開關(guān)磁阻電機進行優(yōu)化,選擇合適的參數(shù)組合使得電機轉(zhuǎn)矩及效率得到改善。
[Abstract]:Efficiency and torque are important factors that affect the operation of switched reluctance motor. High working efficiency and stable torque are the guarantee of excellent performance of switched reluctance motor. The optimization method of Taguchi test is introduced into the field of motor design, and the switched reluctance motor for 8 type vertical pumping unit is optimized by orthogonal test. The torque and efficiency of the motor are improved by choosing the appropriate combination of parameters.
