【摘要】：風(fēng)電機(jī)組關(guān)鍵部件維修會(huì)產(chǎn)生昂貴的固定維修費(fèi)用、停機(jī)損失及發(fā)電損失。針對(duì)該問(wèn)題,提出一種風(fēng)電機(jī)組的預(yù)防性機(jī)會(huì)維修策略。在每個(gè)部件可靠度函數(shù)服從威布爾分布的基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)可靠性要求估算各部件的預(yù)防性維修時(shí)間。通過(guò)定義機(jī)會(huì)維修可靠度裕度,并將之與預(yù)防性維修時(shí)間點(diǎn)處可靠度函數(shù)的斜率絕對(duì)值的倒數(shù)相乘,計(jì)算出每個(gè)部件的機(jī)會(huì)維修區(qū)間。利用二次拋物線插值法,以總費(fèi)用為目標(biāo)函數(shù)對(duì)機(jī)會(huì)維修區(qū)間進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,使得維修費(fèi)用最小。結(jié)合實(shí)際風(fēng)場(chǎng)維修案例進(jìn)行仿真,結(jié)果表明,預(yù)防性機(jī)會(huì)維修策略比預(yù)防性維修策略減少了停機(jī)維修次數(shù),節(jié)省了維修成本,因而證明了該策略的有效性。
[Abstract]:The maintenance of the key parts of the wind turbine will produce expensive fixed maintenance costs, downtime loss and power loss. In view of this problem, a preventive opportunity maintenance strategy for wind turbines is proposed. On the basis of each component's reliability function obeying Weibull distribution, the preventive maintenance time of each component is estimated according to its reliability. The opportunity maintenance reliability margin is defined and it is multiplied with the reciprocal of the absolute value of the reliability function at the preventive maintenance time point. The opportunity maintenance interval of each component is calculated. The two parabolic interpolation method is used to optimize the opportunity maintenance interval with the total cost as the objective function, which makes the maintenance cost minimum. Combined with the actual wind, the maintenance cost is minimized. The field maintenance case is simulated. The results show that the preventive opportunity maintenance strategy reduces the number of maintenance times and saves the maintenance cost than the preventive maintenance strategy, thus proving the effectiveness of the strategy.
