【摘要】：調制策略是三電平中點鉗位(neutral point clamped,NPC)變流器的關鍵技術之一。三電平查表法空間矢量脈寬調制(space vector pulse width modulation,SVPWM)策略實現(xiàn)復雜,為此,基于三電平正弦波脈寬調制(sinusoidal pulse width modulation,SPWM)策略與SVPWM策略的基本原理,提出了2種三電平SVPWM策略的快速等效實現(xiàn)方案,即調制波等效方案和導通時間等效方案。調制波等效方案研究三電平SVPWM策略的等效調制波,而導通時間等效方案則通過三電平SPWM策略作用下各開關管導通時間計算三電平SVPWM策略對應各開關管導通時間,研究結果驗證了三電平SVPWM策略2種等效方案的理論一致性。仿真和實驗表明所提2種三電平SVPWM策略的快速等效方案具有實現(xiàn)簡單、計算時間少,結果更精確的特點。
[Abstract]:Modulation strategy is one of the key technologies of three-level neutral point clamped NPCs. The implementation of space vector pulse width modulation (vector pulse width) strategy is complicated by three-level look-up table method. Therefore, based on the basic principle of three-level sinusoidal pulse width modulation strategy and SVPWM strategy, Two fast equivalent schemes of three-level SVPWM are proposed, that is, the equivalent scheme of modulation wave and the equivalent scheme of turn-on time. The equivalent modulation wave of three-level SVPWM strategy is studied. The turn-on time equivalent scheme of three-level SVPWM strategy is used to calculate the on-on time of each switching tube under the action of three-level SPWM strategy, and the on-on time of each switching tube is calculated by the three-level SVPWM strategy under the action of the three-level SPWM strategy. The research results verify the theoretical consistency of the two equivalent schemes of three level SVPWM strategy. Simulation and experiments show that the proposed two fast equivalent schemes of three-level SVPWM have the advantages of simple implementation, less computation time and more accurate results.
