站域保護構成方案及算法研究

【摘要】:隨著計算機、通信等技術的不斷進步,電網發(fā)展對繼電保護提出更高的要求,基于多源信息的站域保護能夠克服傳統(tǒng)保護僅獲取本地信息的先天性不足,已成為當前研究的熱點。木文在研究站域保護的功能和構成模式的基礎上,根據所需信息類型,提出了兩種站域保護方案:一種是利用站域范圍內電氣量信息、基于電流差動原理的站域保護方案,一種是利用站域范圍內保護動作冗余信息、基于保護信息融合的站域保護方案,最后以貴州都勻實際工程為依托實現并測試了站域保護功能。 利用各電流采樣值信息,提出了一種基于電流差動原理的站域保護方案,首先定義了四類差動區(qū),并對各差動區(qū)內故障進行分析,然后設定了各差動區(qū)的動作方案,站域范圍內各類元件故障時的動作結果表明,通過四類差動區(qū)之間協(xié)調配合,該方案可以有選擇性的快速切除站域范圍內的故障,有效地改善并提升保護的整體性能。 利用就地保護的動作信息,提出了一種基于保護信息融合的站域保護方案。首先根據保護對各元件的有效保護范圍計算出保護對元件故障識別的支撐度,然后將其作為保護動作的權重,構建站域電流保護融信度函數以及融信度期望函數,最后根據二者比值即融信因子識別故障元件。結果表明該方案能正確快速識別故障元件,且能夠應對信息缺失及錯誤的情況,具有良好的適應性以及一定的容錯能力。 基于貴州都勻地區(qū)實際電網模型,選取其中最具代表性的變電站新寨變作為站域保護的測試對象,首先在RTDS仿真平臺中搭建了系統(tǒng)模型并配置相應的站域保護模塊,然后對站域保護功能進行了測試,測試結果驗證了所提站域保護方案的正確性及可行性。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer, communication and other technologies, the development of power grid has put forward higher requirements for relay protection. The station area protection based on multi-source information can overcome the congenital deficiency of traditional protection which only obtains local information. It has become the hot spot of current research. On the basis of the function and structure mode of station domain protection, according to the type of information needed, this paper puts forward two kinds of station domain protection schemes: one is to use the electric quantity information in the station domain, and the other is to protect the station area based on the principle of current differential operation. One is to utilize the redundant information of protection action within the station area, and the protection scheme based on the protection information fusion. Finally, based on the actual project of Guizhou Duyun, the protection function of the station domain is realized and tested. Based on the information of each current sampling value, a protection scheme based on the principle of current differential is proposed. Firstly, four kinds of differential regions are defined, and the faults in each differential region are analyzed, then the action schemes of each differential region are set up. The operation results of various components in the station range show that the scheme can selectively and quickly remove the faults in the station area by coordinating the four kinds of differential regions and effectively improve and enhance the overall performance of the protection. Based on the action information of local protection, a protection scheme based on protection information fusion is proposed. Firstly, according to the effective protection range of each component, the support degree of the protection to the component fault identification is calculated, and then as the weight of the protection action, the reliability function and the expected function of the fusion reliability of the current protection in the station domain are constructed. Finally, the fault elements are identified according to the ratio of the two, that is, the fusion factor. The results show that the proposed scheme can identify fault components correctly and quickly, and can deal with the situation of missing and wrong information. The scheme has good adaptability and fault tolerance. Based on the actual power network model of Duyun area in Guizhou province, the most representative substation Xinzhai transformer is selected as the test object of the station area protection. Firstly, the system model is built in the RTDS simulation platform and the corresponding station protection module is configured. Then the station domain protection function is tested and the test results verify the correctness and feasibility of the proposed protection scheme.
