智能變電站設(shè)備層可視化系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著IEC61850標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在智能變電站內(nèi)的深入應(yīng)用,能夠承載海量數(shù)據(jù)的數(shù)字通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)替代了傳統(tǒng)的電纜接線方式。設(shè)備之間的信息傳輸方式由常規(guī)變電站內(nèi)電纜傳輸?shù)碾娦盘?hào)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楣饫w傳輸?shù)臄?shù)字信號(hào),原來“看得見、摸得著”的采樣值輸入和跳閘輸出的端子連接,變成了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸?shù)腟V/GOOSE(sample value/Generic Object Oriented Substation Events)數(shù)字信號(hào)。智能變電站的設(shè)備之間回路不再是以電纜傳輸單一信號(hào)構(gòu)成的純電路結(jié)構(gòu),而是以光纖數(shù)字通信為基礎(chǔ)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化結(jié)構(gòu),每一根光纖中同時(shí)傳輸多路SV/GOOSE信號(hào),無法再從外部直接的物理連線去分析整個(gè)回路,取而代之的則是設(shè)備之間的虛擬回路。傳統(tǒng)的通過萬用表、繼電保護(hù)測(cè)試儀等工具直接調(diào)試和檢測(cè)設(shè)備層的手段已經(jīng)不能滿足智能變電站的調(diào)試和檢測(cè)需要。本文通過分析智能變電站設(shè)備的調(diào)試與檢測(cè)工作流程,以IEC61850標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的一致性為基礎(chǔ),開發(fā)了一套以PC機(jī)為硬件平臺(tái),跨平臺(tái)的、具有圖形界面的智能變電站設(shè)備層可視化系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)通過仿真智能變電站內(nèi)多個(gè)智能設(shè)備的功能,可視化展示設(shè)備之間相互訂閱的GOOS信號(hào)傳輸,SV信號(hào)的傳輸,并且驗(yàn)證SV/GOOSE信號(hào)連接傳遞的正確性,實(shí)現(xiàn)四方公司在智能變電站調(diào)試與檢測(cè)過程中的“準(zhǔn)確化、可視化、快速化”,可以幫助設(shè)計(jì)和工程人員清晰查看的全站設(shè)備的互聯(lián)關(guān)系,提升全站設(shè)備的調(diào)試和檢測(cè)工作效率,能方便分析和診斷工程實(shí)施及運(yùn)行維護(hù)中出現(xiàn)的復(fù)雜問題,提高了工作效率,大大的節(jié)省了成本。
[Abstract]:With the application of IEC61850 standard in intelligent substation, digital communication network, which can carry mass data, has replaced the traditional cable connection mode. The mode of information transmission between devices is changed from electrical signal transmitted by cable in conventional substation to digital signal transmitted by optical fiber. The original "visible, tangible" sampling value input and tripping output terminal are connected. It turns into a SV/GOOSE(sample value/Generic Object Oriented Substation Events) digital signal based on network transmission. The circuit between devices in intelligent substation is no longer a pure circuit structure composed of a single signal transmitted by cable, but a networked structure based on optical fiber digital communication, in which multiple SV/GOOSE signals are transmitted simultaneously in each optical fiber. It is no longer possible to analyze the entire loop from a direct external physical connection, instead of a virtual loop between devices. Traditional tools, such as multimeter and relay protection tester, can not meet the needs of intelligent substation debugging and testing. Based on the analysis of the debugging and testing work flow of intelligent substation equipment and based on the consistency of IEC61850 standard, this paper develops a visual system of intelligent substation equipment layer based on PC as hardware platform and cross-platform with graphical interface. By simulating the functions of several intelligent devices in intelligent substation, the system visualizes the transmission of SV signals by GOOS signals subscribed to each other between the devices, and verifies the correctness of SV/GOOSE signal connection transmission. To realize the "accurate, visual and fast" in the debugging and testing process of intelligent substation by Sifang Company, which can help design and engineer to see clearly the interconnection relationship of the whole station equipment. It is easy to analyze and diagnose the complex problems in the implementation and maintenance of the project, improve the working efficiency and save the cost greatly by improving the debugging and testing efficiency of the whole station equipment.
