【摘要】:變槳系統(tǒng)是水平軸風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組的重要組成部分,主要功能是通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)槳距角進(jìn)行功率調(diào)節(jié)。為了研究風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組變槳系統(tǒng)的工作性能和安全性能,論文運(yùn)用多體動(dòng)力學(xué)方法對(duì)風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)變槳時(shí)的動(dòng)態(tài)特性進(jìn)行了仿真分析,同時(shí)對(duì)變槳系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)有限元分析和疲勞分析。論文的研究方法為風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組變槳系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與校核提供了依據(jù),具有一定的工程實(shí)用價(jià)值。 論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: ①研究了風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組在變槳時(shí)的氣動(dòng)理論,闡述了MW級(jí)風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組變槳系統(tǒng)基本結(jié)構(gòu)與作用。 ②依據(jù)德國(guó)勞埃德船級(jí)社(GL)認(rèn)證規(guī)范繪制風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)整機(jī)及變槳系統(tǒng)的拓?fù)鋱D,根據(jù)拓?fù)鋱D在SIMPACK中建立了變槳系統(tǒng)及整機(jī)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型;建立自動(dòng)變槳控制模型;依據(jù)IEC規(guī)定建立了變槳仿真時(shí)的風(fēng)模型;建立了整機(jī)在變槳工況下的氣-彈-控聯(lián)合仿真模型,進(jìn)行了時(shí)域分析。時(shí)域分析中分析了變槳過(guò)程中的槳距角變化、功率曲線變化和葉根處力和力矩的變化曲線。 ③依據(jù)風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組變槳系統(tǒng)的受力特點(diǎn),提出了用僅受壓的三維桿單元link10模擬變槳軸承滾子的方法,建立了變槳系統(tǒng)的有限元模型并分析計(jì)算,得到了在單向載荷和變槳載荷下變槳機(jī)構(gòu)的應(yīng)力云圖,以及變槳軸承的接觸應(yīng)力分布。 ④建立變槳軸承疲勞分析模型,應(yīng)用有限元方法計(jì)算變槳軸承疲勞應(yīng)力,運(yùn)用雨流計(jì)數(shù)法處理得到疲勞載荷譜,進(jìn)行材料的S-N曲線修正,,根據(jù)疲勞累積損傷理論,計(jì)算出變槳軸承在設(shè)計(jì)工作年限的疲勞損傷。
[Abstract]:The variable propeller system is an important part of the horizontal axis wind turbine, and its main function is to adjust the power by adjusting the pitch angle. In order to study the working performance and safety performance of wind turbine variable propeller system, the dynamic characteristics of wind turbine variable propeller system are simulated and analyzed by multi body dynamics method in this paper. At the same time, the finite element analysis and fatigue analysis of the variable propeller system are carried out. The research method of the paper provides the basis for the design and checking of the wind turbine variable propeller system, and has certain engineering practical value. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: The main contents are as follows: 1. The aerodynamic theory of wind turbine with variable propeller is studied, and the basic structure and function of variable propeller system of MW class wind turbine are expounded. (2) drawing the topology diagram of wind turbine and variable propeller system according to the German Lloyd's Classification Society (GLL) certification specification, establishing the dynamic model of the variable propeller system and the whole machine in SIMPACK, setting up the control model of the automatic variable propeller, and drawing the topology diagram of the wind turbine generator and the variable propeller system. According to the IEC rules, the wind model of the variable propeller simulation is established, and the air-elastic-control joint simulation model under the variable propeller condition is established, and the time-domain analysis is carried out. In the time domain analysis, the variation of pitch angle, power curve and the force and torque at the blade root are analyzed. According to the mechanical characteristics of variable propeller system of wind turbine, a method of simulating variable propeller bearing roller with link10, which is only subjected to compression, is put forward, and the finite element model of variable propeller system is established and analyzed and calculated. The stress cloud diagram of the propeller mechanism under unidirectional load and variable propeller load and the contact stress distribution of the variable propeller bearing are obtained. (4) the fatigue analysis model of variable propeller bearing is established, the fatigue stress of variable propeller bearing is calculated by finite element method, the fatigue load spectrum is obtained by using rain flow counting method, the S-N curve of material is corrected, and the fatigue cumulative damage theory is used. The fatigue damage of the variable propeller bearing in the design working life is calculated.
