核電項(xiàng)目建設(shè)管理模式研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前我國(guó)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行態(tài)勢(shì)良好,工業(yè)化的快速發(fā)展保證了電力需求的增長(zhǎng),同時(shí)各項(xiàng)環(huán)保政策相繼出臺(tái),實(shí)施力度不斷加大,核電在環(huán)保上的優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯顯現(xiàn),我國(guó)核電核電發(fā)展進(jìn)入快速發(fā)展軌道。項(xiàng)目管理模式起到協(xié)調(diào)各方利益,規(guī)范各方行為,保證項(xiàng)目各個(gè)工作階段順利進(jìn)行的作用。核電項(xiàng)目管理模式的研究,對(duì)于保證核電項(xiàng)目的順利實(shí)施,降低項(xiàng)目成本,具有重要意義。 論文采用理論分析與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合的方法,通過(guò)項(xiàng)目管理模式的理論研究并結(jié)合具體核電建設(shè)管理模式,分析研究項(xiàng)目相關(guān)方的相互關(guān)系;采用歸納分析法和比較法,分析研究不同國(guó)家、不同核電項(xiàng)目建設(shè)管理模式的異同點(diǎn)和優(yōu)劣勢(shì);結(jié)合具體案例,分析影響核電建設(shè)管理模式選擇的因素。 論文論述核電建設(shè)管理模式研究的背景和意義,描述國(guó)內(nèi)外研究情況。通過(guò)對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目及項(xiàng)目管理管理理論基礎(chǔ)和建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理模式的研究和分析,闡明核電建設(shè)管理模式在項(xiàng)目管理中的作用,分析不同建設(shè)管理模式的特點(diǎn)和應(yīng)用范圍;從國(guó)外核電項(xiàng)目建設(shè)資料的研究出發(fā),分析不同國(guó)家的核電建設(shè)模式發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)和共性;分析研究國(guó)內(nèi)核電項(xiàng)目建設(shè)管理模式的異同,研究我國(guó)核電發(fā)展所處的階段特征,分析影響核電建設(shè)管理模式的因素,闡明核電建設(shè)管理模式選擇的原則,提出AP1000核電項(xiàng)目建設(shè)應(yīng)采取的管理模式。
[Abstract]:At present, the macro economy of our country is running well, and the rapid development of industrialization has ensured the growth of electricity demand. At the same time, various environmental protection policies have been issued one after another, and the implementation has been continuously strengthened, and the advantages of nuclear power in environmental protection are evident. China's nuclear power development has entered a rapid development track. The project management model plays a role of coordinating the interests of all parties, standardizing the behavior of all parties and ensuring the smooth progress of each work stage of the project. The research of nuclear power project management mode is of great significance to ensure the smooth implementation of nuclear power project and reduce project cost. This paper adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, through the theoretical research of project management mode and combined with the specific nuclear power construction management model, analyzes the relationship between the relevant parties of the project, and adopts the inductive analysis method and the comparative method. This paper analyzes the similarities, differences and advantages and disadvantages of different nuclear power project construction management models in different countries and countries, and analyzes the factors that affect the choice of nuclear power construction management mode. This paper discusses the background and significance of nuclear power construction management model, describes the research situation at home and abroad. Through the research and analysis of the theoretical basis of construction project and project management and the management mode of construction project, this paper clarifies the function of nuclear power construction management mode in project management, and analyzes the characteristics and application scope of different construction management mode. Based on the research of foreign nuclear power project construction data, this paper analyzes the characteristics and commonness of nuclear power construction mode development in different countries, analyzes the similarities and differences of domestic nuclear power project construction management model, and studies the stage characteristics of nuclear power development in China. This paper analyzes the factors influencing the management mode of nuclear power construction, clarifies the principles of selecting the management mode of nuclear power construction, and puts forward the management mode that should be adopted in the construction of AP1000 nuclear power project.
