高頻磁元件磁芯損耗的測量研究

【摘要】:磁性元件是功率變換器必不可少的部分,是功率變換器高功率密度和高效率的重要影響因素。磁芯損耗是磁性元件選取的重要依據(jù),精確的磁芯損耗數(shù)據(jù)對設(shè)計(jì)者尤為重要。因此,針對磁芯損耗的測量方法的研究具有十分重要的意義。本文介紹了現(xiàn)有磁芯損耗的測量方法,分析了各個方法的特點(diǎn)和存在的不足,指出直流測量法可以有效克服傳統(tǒng)交流功率計(jì)法測量高阻抗角的磁性元件時,電壓和電流測量的相角偏差對測量誤差的影響。并基于直流測量法設(shè)計(jì)了一臺可以測量電力電子功率變換器各種脈寬調(diào)制波形激勵下磁芯損耗的實(shí)驗(yàn)樣機(jī),通過DC/AC全橋逆變電路將直流輸入轉(zhuǎn)換為施加在被測磁性元件上的波形激勵,通過測量輸入直流功率間接得到磁芯的損耗值。本文采用基于TMS320F28022的DSP控制,能方便的產(chǎn)生多路PWM,并能調(diào)節(jié)死區(qū)時間;論文詳述了硬件電路設(shè)計(jì),分析了電路的損耗組成及計(jì)算公式;介紹了定標(biāo)扣除裝置電路損耗的方法;為能實(shí)時設(shè)置所需參數(shù),讀取狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù),本文設(shè)計(jì)了上位機(jī)功能和界面。針對手動定標(biāo)扣除電路損耗周期長,操作繁瑣的問題,本文上位機(jī)中還設(shè)計(jì)了自動定標(biāo)界面,通過設(shè)置相關(guān)參數(shù),該界面能實(shí)時測量和保存數(shù)據(jù)。針對直流測量法實(shí)驗(yàn)樣機(jī),本文采用三個空芯電感定標(biāo),得出電路損耗計(jì)算公式,并通過另外兩個空芯電感對定標(biāo)精度予以驗(yàn)證。為驗(yàn)證樣機(jī)裝置測量磁元件損耗的測量精度,本文將裝置測量結(jié)果與量熱法測量的結(jié)果比較,文中介紹了量熱法裝置及其定標(biāo)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明裝置測量結(jié)果與量熱法測量比誤差小于10%。有限元仿真磁芯損耗是一種有參考價(jià)值的磁芯損耗模型,本文分析了采用Ansoft Maxwell有限元仿真軟件仿真磁芯損耗的原理,并采用Mathcad編譯了模型公式,計(jì)算結(jié)果與Ansoft仿真結(jié)果一致。文中針對某一磁芯的磁芯損耗進(jìn)行了Ansoft仿真及實(shí)驗(yàn)測量,并對測量結(jié)果做了分析。
[Abstract]:Magnetic element is an essential part of power converter, and it is an important factor of high power density and high efficiency of power converter. Core loss is an important basis for the selection of magnetic elements, and accurate core loss data is particularly important for designers. Therefore, the study of core loss measurement method is of great significance. This paper introduces the existing methods of core loss measurement, analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of each method, and points out that DC measurement method can effectively overcome the traditional AC power meter method in measuring magnetic elements with high impedance angle. The effect of phase angle deviation of voltage and current measurement on measurement error. Based on the DC measurement method, an experimental prototype is designed to measure the core loss under the excitation of various pulse width modulation waveforms of power electronic power converters. The DC input is converted into the waveform excitation applied to the measured magnetic element by the DC/AC full-bridge inverter circuit. The loss value of the core is obtained indirectly by measuring the DC power input. DSP control based on TMS320F28022 is adopted in this paper, which can produce multi-channel PWMs conveniently and adjust dead-time. The paper describes the hardware circuit design, analyzes the circuit loss composition and calculation formula, and introduces the method of calibrating and deducting the circuit loss. In order to set the required parameters and read the state data in real time, the function and interface of upper computer are designed in this paper. In order to solve the problem of long loss period and complicated operation of manual calibration deduction circuit, an automatic calibration interface is designed in this paper. By setting relevant parameters, the interface can measure and save data in real time. Aiming at the experimental prototype of DC measurement method, this paper uses three hollow inductors to calibrate the circuit losses, and verifies the calibration accuracy by two other hollow inductors. In order to verify the measuring accuracy of the device for measuring the loss of magnetic elements, this paper compares the measuring results of the device with that of the calorimetric method. The calorimetric device and its calibration are introduced in this paper. The experimental results show that the ratio error between the measured results and the calorimetric method is less than 10. Finite element simulation core loss is a kind of core loss model with reference value. This paper analyzes the principle of using Ansoft Maxwell finite element simulation software to simulate core loss, and compiles the model formula with Mathcad. The calculated results are consistent with Ansoft simulation results. In this paper, the core loss of a magnetic core is simulated and measured by Ansoft, and the measured results are analyzed.
